Je me suis emballée lors de la présentation mais j'ai vite réalisé que le commerciale était incapable de s'adapter au profil du client. J'ai constaté mon erreur en 48 heures mais il était trop tard, c'était payé pour l'année. Si vous n'avez pas d'appétences pour la comptabilité et que votre association existe depuis plusieurs années, l'outil n'est pas du tout adapté. Pros Une plateforme globale qui peut faire gagner un temps précieux dès lors qu'elle est mise en place peut de temps après la création de l'association. Cons La comptabilité et le fait de devoir se débrouiller seule pour reprendre tout le passif de l'année précédente. les nombreuses fiches d'aide sont indigestes, et quand on n'est pas comptable, on n'est pas comptable. Pros Le plus apprécié: 1) le côté "convivial" de ce logiciel qui fait que la comptabilité devient moins rébarbative pour un non initié. 2) très bonne documentation d'aide utilisable en cas de besoin 3) beaucoup d'autres possibilité offertes en dehors de la comptabilité: gestion des adhésions, dons, ..... Cons Pas d'aspect négatif à noter. Comme tout logiciel, il faut un certain temps pour s'y adapter mais la documentation d'aide est très fournie. Non respect des règles d'intégrité référentielle dans l'architecture de la base de données : possibilité de supprimer un adhérent alors que des enregistrements secondaires figurent dans la base : adhésion et écritures comptables Production de reçus fiscaux FAUX ! Incohérence crasse dans la gestion de la fiche adhérent : le champ prénom est systématiquement alimenté par le terme "Prénom" / Impossibilité de le mettre à blanc Nous gérons des fiches adherents qui sont des personnes morales et donc sans prénom ! Beaucoup de points pourraient être améliorés pour simplifier le travail d'exploitation des données. Impossible, par exemple de faire des extractions sur les événements !!! Il faudrait les développer rapidement, mais !!!!! Cons Association de 1200 contacts nous ne comprenons pas qu'il soit impossible de lister plus de 1000 contacts. Nous ne comprenons pas qu'en comptabilité on ne puisse trier les adhérents que sur le prénom !!!!! Je comprends les bugs mais je n'admets pas qu'ils ne soient pas immédiatement réparés quand on les signale. Le SAV répond gentiment mais toujours pour nous parler de calendes grecques....
