Pros

I like that it has broad user awareness. When you tell someone you need them to open teamviewer for me, they are familiar with the process.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes it decides not to let me use it? I.E, it thinks I am using it with a personal license despite me having a business license for it.

It was great until I had to pay for it. I like the free version but you only have so many times to log in until you have to pay for it and I don't use it enough to pay for it.

Pros

I like being able to log into my computer when I need to. It wasnt slow for me and I was able to work as if I was at work.

Cons

If you don't close everything then it makes it harder to log back in. I would have issues and have to have a co worker help me get back in.

Lo que mas me gusta de este software es que es sencillo, no necesitas mucha capacitación para usarlo, lo use gratis y para trabajos como freelance te ayuda. Adicional a eso lo puedes usar en distintos sistemas operativos, hasta desde un celular puedes hacer remoto.

Cons

Como todo tiene algo negativo, en este caso he visto los planes y es un poco costoso, mas que todo para las personas como yo, que realiza freelance. y tiene algunas limitaciones en la versión gratuita

Have been a long-time user in and out of my line of work. Being a Client Care Representative, this product is crucial to support the less tech-savvy clients.

Pros

being able to offer remote support for remote clients. However at this point in time, I am amazed that no direct links to offer the client that you want to help instead of making them download the software have been implemented. I'm guessing the initial idea behind TeamViewer was just remote accessibility, but for those who are not tech-literate, it defeats the purpose.

Cons

recent updates have capped the functions to a specific amount of time or sessions per free account.

It is extremely easy to set up, works well without issues and has a great number of features. It’s very useful for allowing technicians and IT experts within the company to help you with issues by giving them remote access.

Cons

There was a minor issue with the inability to connect successfully but it seemed to be a temporary issue that did not occur again.

Pros

A team viewer is a professional-grade tool. The connectivity and the user interface are very good.

Cons

It is a little bit costly. It may not be economical for occasional users.

Great experience with team viewer! I have used a few times to talk to my lawyer, and also to get computer help with my PC.

Pros

I loved using team viewer when microsoft windows needed to help me with a PC issue, it was easy to give them access to my PC and also follow along with them!

Cons

I didn't like that it came preinstalled on my PC because when I first purchased my PC I wasn't sure what team viewer was.

the connection to another server or computer is not very stable, when i use teams for share screen, despite being slow, the connection is much more stable

It is easy to access my computer at the university from home with just one code. It helps me to avoid going back to university in weekends.

Cons

It uses a lot of data and slows down the connection. Once I tried to move some files using TeamViewer and it took a very long time. Also, if for some reason the connection is interrupted, I need to go back and get the code again,

Pros

Very useful for connecting to remote PCs and conducting training or problem-solving sessions. The protocol seems lightweight, and the ability to run it on-demand without installation is a pro for me. It's also commendable that it can be used for free for limited but fully functional sessions

Cons

Probably the most annoying part is the ads encouraging you to upgrade to the paid version. Of course, it's a product worth paying for, but if you download the free version, I assume it's because you don't want or can't switch to the paid version.
