Premier et seul contact avec TeamViewer, et refus total de remboursement malgré une demande faite immédiatement après la facturation. Procédé extrêmement discutable. Pros

It allows to render tech support from a distance to those who are not as technically savvy.

Cons

I really do not have any cons to mention. For remote viewing software/application I feel like they do a great job.

Cons

I like team viewer because it is simple to use and just works. Many companies use it for remote access and it is pretty straightforward to use.

Cons

It happens that if there is persistence access on the computer enabled, rarely maybe 3 times the access cut out - during 1 year of usage.

Good enough for remotely doing non-visually/time sensitive tasks, such as windows troubleshooting and monitoring. Completely usable without paying a cent.

Cons

Not good for doing tasks that are very time sensitive or requires crystal clear visuals at all times (e.g. 3D animation). No support for Windows ink for Wacom tablets.

### "Great app for troubleshooting"

I used this tool to troubleshoot websites for my clients who do not want to provide me login details. it was seamless fast and secured.

Pros

Super useful for consulting and gaining remote access to clients computer without sharing sensitive admin detials.

Cons

Sometimes it disconnects in the middle and i lose permissions but this might not necessary be a con but a network issue.

Funktioniert wunderbar, wenn man in einem Programm Hilfe benötigt und ein Support kann sich mit deinem PC verbinden.

Cons

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein. Hat bis jetzt immer tadellos funktioniert. Verbindungen konnten immer ohne Problem hergestellt werden

Allows user to communicate with rep or technician helping you out remotely with IT issues in the professional setting

Cons

Sometimes it will ask me to grant permission to the technician but sometimes the prior process has to be completed twice for access to be granted prior to the tech accessing my computer.

Pros

Always easy to use, GUI and everything is where it should be. Connections are stable.

Cons

It's a bit on the pricy side especially for smaller businesses or personal users who need it only occasionally. It likes to do software updates quite frequently which isn’t a huge deal, but sometimes it feels like I’m constantly being prompted to install something instead of using the tool

I have been using TeamViewer for more than 10 years and it is a very trust worthy piece of software. It has been around when there are no modern software tools for screen sharing like Zoom, Google meet, Skype and also remote control software like AnyDesk. While the most modern software's are light weight and easy to use, when the stakes are high and security is top priority, TeamViewer is a go to software.

Pros

TeamViewer's security is top class! It has both mobile and desktop applications for accessibility. The best part is that it is free to try for non-commercial use. It has been around for many years and in a corporate environment, it is a trusted and a go to software tool.

Cons

Security is also the best part and also the worse part. In an attempt to make it secure, there are a lot of gatekeepers or road blockers. Respecting the firewalls, security policies etc. It is great for the corporate environment with high stakes but other software would do a great job for a simple use case. Also TeamViewer has trouble with low bandwidth connections.

I don't use it much. It didn't have the reliability I needed so I have moved on to a different product

Pros

It lets the end-user know when you remote into their workstation and offers a box afterward for notes to be filled in

Cons

Not reliable, often shows PCs as offline, slow. Ended up only using it in rare occasions. More or less stuck in a contract.

Used to be a great product some years ago. Look elsewhere now.

Pros

Teamviewer used to be the best product in its category. That time has long passed

Cons

The new interface update was a complete disaster and rendered the product virtually unusuable until an a rollback option was introduced. Teamviewer has suffered multiple cyber security breaches in the recent past. Teamviewers renewal and account management team is rigid and unhelpful. The product is now much overpriced. Look around for better options. Not recommended.

I like that it has broad user awareness. When you tell someone you need them to open teamviewer for me, they are familiar with the process.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes it decides not to let me use it? I.E, it thinks I am using it with a personal license despite me having a business license for it.

It was great until I had to pay for it. I like the free version but you only have so many times to log in until you have to pay for it and I don't use it enough to pay for it.

Pros

I like being able to log into my computer when I need to. It wasnt slow for me and I was able to work as if I was at work.

Cons

If you don't close everything then it makes it harder to log back in. I would have issues and have to have a co worker help me get back in.

Lo que mas me gusta de este software es que es sencillo, no necesitas mucha capacitación para usarlo, lo use gratis y para trabajos como freelance te ayuda. Adicional a eso lo puedes usar en distintos sistemas operativos, hasta desde un celular puedes hacer remoto.

Cons

Como todo tiene algo negativo, en este caso he visto los planes y es un poco costoso, mas que todo para las personas como yo, que realiza freelance. y tiene algunas limitaciones en la versión gratuita
