Pros

Sicherlich der Standard im Remote Management verschiedenster Systeme. Sind immer wieder von Ausreißern zu anderen Marktbegleitern zurückgekehrt. Der Funktionsumfang ist übersichtlich, aber mehr als ausreichend. Für die täglichen Supportätigkeiten bestens geeignet.

Cons

Leider sind die Preise konstant gestiegen und natürlich hat man auf ein Abomodell umgestellt. Insgesamt kommt aber aber auf seine Kosten und Nachfragen nach Rabatten wurden bisher immer positiv beantwortet.

### "TeamViewer is the gold standard"

We have never had any issues TeamViewer. It's super easy to setup. Super easy to walk a user through downloading for a quick remote session.

Pros

Team Viewer is pretty much the gold standard when it comes to remote software. Being in the MSP space, TeamViewer is a great way to setup unattended remote access to servers, desktops, etc.

Cons

The price of TeamViewer is fairly high compared to similar products. While TeamViewer is the best remote product, others are similar for less money.

Pros

TeamViewer has made remote support really simple. Whether I’m troubleshooting a test machine or accessing a development workstation on the go, the connection is fast and reliable. The built-in file sharing is convenient and eliminates the need for other tools.

Cons

The interface could be cleaner. Some options are a bit scattered, which adds a few extra clicks when looking for a specific feature—but once you know the workflow, it’s not an issue.

Pros

I usually used Team Viewer for my work. As a System Engineer, we need to troubleshoot client's issues both on site or remote. When it comes to use remote, I usually used Team viewer because Very Simple GUI, with secure and easily communicate or connect timely. And then, we can also instant on-file sharing and messaging. This feature is amazing for me.

Cons

Currently, I have nothing about of Team Viewer. It is a good product but sometimes it may slow connectivity due to internet connection.

Pros

Team viewer is an excellent remote desktop software. Ease of use and deployment.

Cons

Because I only used the free version, it constantly dropped connections.

It helped to encourage my team to work together, through projects and sharing of ideas. When I started at first, the connection was fast, everything was fine. I could work remotely from home with my computer. But after switched to the pro version, The connection breaks and its difficult to get it connected back. You cannot log in except you update it, and it can be frustrating.

Pros

The application is easy to use and simple to learn. It has handled technical issues for me without the help of any physical person. It works with devices that are offline, you can put them on. It is very multitasking.

Cons

It was over priced and expensive when I went for the subscription. When I connect remotely to a laptop, the screen goes blank. The connections sometimes goes off. It was not like this from the start, but over time it started having these issues which should be looked into.

Cons

Preis, Fehlerhäufigkeit, dauernde Ausfälle Mich nervt der Wahnsinnspreis und das Wissen, dad ich ein Motorsportteam unterstütze

Coming from using SCCM and the built-in Microsoft remote tools, Teamviewer has improved our workflow considerably, allowing our technicians to complete work on external devices as seemlessly as if they were at the physical controls.

Pros

Teamviewer has enabled us to safely remotely access our fleet of machines and allow elevated actions only by our technicians. This has been a real help during the switchover to working from home.

Cons

The initial setup in the admin center can be a little confusing, but works well once completed.

Excellent product to use for remote viewing of laptops and desktops. I would recommend to others to use.

Pros

Ease of use, great customer support, file sharing. Team collaboration. Security for IT teams is not compromised.

Cons

The price of the licensing has gone up for the corporate team. Mainly the pricing is my only complaint.

I have used it many times in a pinch to get connected to another computer quickly, I have also used it with an account and computers associated with it. Once they are linked it works seamlessly, but some users have a hard time finding the ID and password to provide for the session after running it initially.

Pros

The remote control capabilities of this software are on par with the best products in the category, allows for a lot of flexibility in transferring files and demonstrating actions to the person on the other end of the session.

Cons

It can be a little convoluted to get set up initially, also it seems to interfere with other remote control systems/software occasionally.

LogMeIn changed their licensing many years ago and we tried a few options to replace it, TeamViewer was one of them.

TeamViewer has been a useful tool to our team, as even with a small team, we are able to assist multiple users at any given time, unlike before, where technicians had to visit users to resolve issues.

Pros

The ability to remote more than one person at the time, which allows us to, for example, assist another user whilst, say, installing a software package on the other.

Cons

The fact that I lose control of the remote computer once elevated to admin mode and have to rely on the user to take actions.

Not that bad of an app, works like it should and has all the features people will need to help with remote support. Paid versions have the most options - but if you're looking for a solution, this should get a look.

Pros

The installation and lightweight versions of TeamViewer are great. Not a resource hog if it's running in the background.

Cons

When installing choosing the right version is a little tricky. As they will lock you out if you're not sure what youre choosing.

Does the main job reliably in general circumstances, so if you don't want to do anything fancy.

Pros

It usually works without issues, also easy & fast to set up new instances, or deploy custom clients.

Cons

Support: no sensible answers, just following their standard routines, without thinking… Request for escalation are simply ignored... In fact I was shocked, they app. get away with this kind of support, even for external clients? Very unusual... And reg. the product: unfortunately there are bugs, if you go more into details, customize things etc.. Which is not a drama, if the support would be ok, but it's not.

Pros

Remote connections are seamless between Mac, Windows and servers and connections rarely drop or get interrupted.

I would say that it's pretty useful for our organization since there are a lot of individuals that work remotely; therefore, it makes tech issues such a breeze with them.

Pros

TeamViewer is easy to allow other reliable team members to control your computer and make navigation quicker when needed assistance. There were a few times where I needed IT to control my computer to fix a problem I was having.

Cons

It did seem a little laggy at first when we first used it; however, it just took some time to connect and work smoothly.

### "Simple to setup and use for Remote Support and Access but with an occasional Bug"

Pros

An easy to set up and use for remote support of computers. For both a quick support session or accessing an unattended computer.

Cons

Monitoring of the usage is so strict that on occasion it triggers a false negative report of overuse. I'm getting quite often notifications that I need to register the product or to buy a license even though I'm already logged in under my account or the fact that I have a Premium license
