The platform offer good capabilities for remote sharing and is also a popular choice among masses for the same. If we have good connectivity, the remote sharing session goes seamless.

\- Have been using TeamViewer's remote desktop sharing capabilities since years - Faster remote sharing, and file sharing - Secured session connection based on ID and password of your partner - Works well across OS systems - Android and Windows - Clean interface - Good tool for IT security teams in corporate environment

Cons

\- High dependency on strength of the network (internet bandwidth) of both of the user. - Often times there is connectivity issues from any of the end points (Mine or Partners end) hinders the process of screen sharing

Always dependable, easy to use and lots of functions available. I like the team viewer printing option very much.

Cons

I don't care for the newer interface. I revert back to the old interface if available. I find the newer interface a bit clunky.

Teamviewer allows us to quickly and securely connect to another device and take control. We can provide quick remote support to our clients and users. It is very easy to set up and is available for all devices and I can quickly enter my partner's ID and get access to their devices.

Struggling to install and run it on android phones. Not as straightforward process - different apps required, pin codes. very hard for the elderly to use.

Really good thanks. The Support has been excellent with any questions. It is certainly more consistently reliable across multiple platforms than the alternate brands.

Pros

Ease of use was good. The dashboard takes a bit to get around but once you are familiar with it, it works well.

Cons

Pricing for low user / small business is a bit too high. A tiered structure depending on amount of usage could be worthwhile.

All over the small bugs for my usage, I think this app helped me out to control and get easy access all over my devices.

Pros

Getting access on all my laptop or pc while being somewhere else or able to take remotely over to control my software.

Cons

Had a couple of crashes on the app and while using it getting access on my other devices and I need to write something on the chat I was not able to switch between the apps.

The customer support team is awesome. After cloning my computer at work, I was unable to connect from home to my work computer. They walked me through deleting TeamViewer, reinstalling and then connecting the two computers. Now I have easy access and am able to work from home if needed.

When I was at home or out of the office, I could connect to all the computers in the company from my phone and do my job. We also used it for customer support.

Pros

TeamViewer was a program we had been using for a long time. We could see all our computers in the company with the names we customized and quickly establish a remote connection.

Cons

There was a connection time limit in the free version. This limit was enough for us. But we can't use the free version anymore. While there are free remote connection programs, TeamViewer's prices are a bit high. We would like it to be around 3-5 dollars per month. That way we would continue to use it.

Teamviewer is behind the curve in terms of deployment and how you can manage the solution as a support desk service. Much better competitors out in the market now.

Pros

It was easy to use as an operator and overall management once deployed. Its feature set was also good comparatively.

Cons

It was breached and had serious concerns with security. It was difficult to deploy with MSI scripts and jankiness to get it working in a corporate environment Pricing was also increased and made not much sense.

Cost is a bit pricy, as I do not use it much, as I only volunteer for church IT tasks a couple of times a week.

### "It does what you want, for a price."

It worked fine, we just found other software that did the same thing fora cheaper price, and when it comes to remote work and especially for smaller companies price really does matter.

Pros

It just works as expected. No real issues with anything from connectivity to reliability, which is a plus.

Cons

The cost and working with their support. Very slow to respond, and very strict on any policy no matter any unique circumstances the customer might have.

It’s easy to use when needed to give remote access to my computer. I particularly enjoy that the access needs to be renewed. This way, if you don’t wish to grant remote access anymore, you ca just reload the password information.

Cons

It lags a bit sometimes. I am not sure if the access has been lost if or if the other user is still there.
