Easy to use and has a long time-out. Customer Service is USA based and very helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Cons

nothing really other than it's a bit expense. Sometime I go to use it and it has logged me out which is inconvenient but easily fixed

Smooth, streamlined process. Straightforward.Easy to use. Easy for my IT support person to access. No issues.

Pros

Deleted with team viewer. Has given me the ability to work from the other side of the world. So helpful when you live far away from family, but need to keep your business going when you’re away.

Cons

No dislikes. I have only had to call the team view helpdesk once and all the time I’ve used it and the issue was resolved quickly.

Cons

Make it run in safe mode should be an added feature/option. Should be a 1 off licence not paid yearly.

Its great for me as I do not have to travel to users homes or offices just to deal with a software problem that can be resolved from the comfort of my office.

Pros

It provides me with the ability to support customers remotely wherever they are either in my local area or elsewhere in my country and a couple abroad.

Cons

The initial download and installation of the software, which some of my customer find hard to to accomplish.

Perfect and innovating system. Very good account handling features. Using mobile device is a very interesting experience. Customer support was immediate !

Pros

Multi screens management is efficient and very helpful. Each screen can be shown in individual window !

Cons

The old console was more simple and efficient. We prefer the old interface at the moment. Also the new interface seems to be slower

It's an app we've been using for many years due to its ease of use and versatility. I believe it's one of the leading brands in remote connectivity.

Pros

My favorite aspect of it is its ease of use and its ability to be used on a variety of platforms. It makes life easier for IT teams to easily connect to and resolve issues that arise on company computers.

Cons

One of my least favorite aspects is that it's relatively more expensive than its competitors. We've used it for years and continue to use it as a trusted brand, but their pricing could be better compared to their competitors.

What I like most about Team Viewer is how it handles connecting to users, the speed of work on the user's computer, and the security of the connection.

Cons

What I like least about Team Viewer is the frequent changes to the user interface. What I prefer is a minimalist interface.

After a poor experience using Remote Help via Intune, I cannot really fault Teamviewer and it's features so far.

Reliable. Simple setup. Full control of client computer. Client can see what I'm doing: this allows client training while maintaining trust.

Nothing I can think of. Well, it's not free ...but you get what you pay for and the value is definitely there.

Cons

Nothing. I have no negatives and have no hesitation in recommending to other users. Our organisation is small ( just 3 licenced TeamViewer users, but, it works very well.

Overall, i think TeamViewer does what it says it will do. With the application, my team can easily work together and things done faster. Results become readily avail because of data atutomation.

Pros

Teamviewer is the app to beat. The application has been helpful for collaboration and trouble shooting for client base. File sharing is more efficient and managrment of task has become more effective.

Cons

I like the fact the with TeamViewer, i dont have to worry about client satisfaction as we go thought processes together. The application may sometimes find it difficult to load. This is because of some devices are outdated and slow.

Good product, few bugs. Found any issues other than they keep changing the interface and I’m not super fond about that.

Pros

For me to take care of my customers with support It’s really easy to use. And is a value for the money that I pay for it.

Cons

The things that I don’t like about TeamViewer, or they keep changing the user interface I really wish they would leave things alone instead of changing them frequently.

I have enjoyed being able to remote into the church desktop computers to complete work and solve issues without actually being on campus.

Pros

Being able to complete remote work from anywhere. When I travel, I like the fact that I can still remote into the church's desktop computer to set up the service from anywhere.

Cons

Not being able to trouble shoot issues that have to do with connectivity unless I am on campus. I would love for the program to let me know what is the issue.

terrible i regret ever using this program as all it caused was problems with the app - customer service just tries to get you to pay more to upgrade your subscription

terrible customer support - took forever to try and get a live person on the phone - they were condescending and no help - just tried to get me to pay to upgrade my subscription

Cons

they wanted me to pay $500.00 to talk on the phone to a live person at customer support -- they said my subscription didn,t cover live help - i needed to upgrade my subscription for more money

### "Nie wieder! Null Service. "

Wenn es technisch geht, dann ist es gut. Der technische Service ist immer stets bemüht und gut erreichbar.

Cons

Ich hatte eine telefonische Beratung und habe ein Upgrade durchgeführt. Jedoch ging dieses Upgrade bei mir Anfang an technisch nicht. Es gibt hierzu auch Support-Tickets etc. Jedoch will Teamviewer davon nichts wissen und kassiert 1.300,- Nie wieder für diesen schlechten Service!

### "Great Product for what I need"

This is easy as we have a team in Wellington, I am able to log into the Wellington team computer to do the work I need even though it is rare. I do file uploads and refreshing data sheets of adding new SKU's into both sites, Auckland and Wellington.

Pros

The ease of using this platform to do the work I need to do. Also the individual support that I received from the team when I encountered a problem.

Cons

Given my suage frequency but the need for it, the price is a bit much for my use, there is not lower grade of license that I can find. I had some issues with connecting at time to remote PC's which was a problem.

\- High dependency on strength of the network (internet bandwidth) of both of the user. - Often times there is connectivity issues from any of the end points (Mine or Partners end) hinders the process of screen sharing

I don't care for the newer interface. I revert back to the old interface if available. I find the newer interface a bit clunky.
