I have an excellent experience with this software. Simple and effective for my needs

Pros

I interact with a lot of people, and sometimes I have tech problems, and sometimes my clients have problems. The possibility to access a computer remotely and solve problems (nowadays that we all work remotely) is really a blessing.

Cons

I need to be there when someone accesses my computer, just to supervise where the person goes, basically due to the full control that the tool provides to the person you allow to go "inside" you PC

An amazing experience in all my jobs I have been able to overcome issues remotely through this software. It's easy to download, plus you don't have to install it if the customer does not feel comfortable with it.

Pros

Teamviewer features like chat with the person that you're assisting remotely, the file transfer is super easy to use. Also, you can blur the screen if entering an admin password or something you don't need the person on the other end to see in case of an audit.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is the fact that many people prefer other remote software that is in no way as capable as Teamviewer.

Every time I need to access a computer, or otherwise, allow another person to access my computer, I use teamviewer because I am sure that the other person will also know how to give it the ideal use because it is extremely easy and safe, and I It helps to solve my work needs and avoids me having to travel to another place.

Pros

Teamviewer is an excellent tool with many usage skills, what I like most about it, is that I can manage any need in another place from the comfort of my home or my work, remotely, just by sharing my data I can do on my computer what I would do elsewhere without having to move, it is also easy to use and safe.

Cons

I have been using this remote control for several years and I have not had any difficulties so far, my data is protected and I can always use it when I need it, as long as I have an Internet connection on both computers that need to connect remotely

With this tool I do not need to move much from the office since I solve problems wherever they are.

Pros

It is a software for the remote control of computers, with which you can have remote access to any computer, it has a very intuitive interface in which it offers many options, such as computer management, chats and their states, You can also make VOIP calls and keep in touch with the person who controls the computer, is ideal to provide support either to install programs or solve any problem.

Cons

You can not control several computers at the same time, sometimes the calls are usually of poor quality, you also need to have a good quality Internet connection if you want to control the computer correctly, and one thing that is annoying is the updates since all Computers sometimes need to have the same version for their correct use.

Overall, I'm very pleased with TeamViewer and would recommend it for an individual, small team, or even large company. It makes remote access to other computers very easy and seamless. Our remote team has saved a lot of headache by being able to share desktops remotely and problem solve even across multiple states. It's a great tool!

Pros

TeamViewer makes remote controlling another device so easy, and we even use the free version. I figured a free version would have kinks or limitations, but I've found that we're able to use the free version with as much ease and functionality as another expensive product!

Cons

There are really no cons that I can think of. It's easy to implement, cost effective (potentially free depending on the depth of your needs), and intuitive to use.

I think it's hard to find PLM so advanced and reliable as Teamcenter. Once implemented it saves us from many potential mistakes in the project and eliminated multiple communication issues.

Pros

The Teamcenter is the leading PLM software with endless possibilities. The new version of TC on the cloud - Teamcenter X solved ongoing difficulties with implementation.

Cons

The implementation process gets tricky and making changes in program preferences requires some time and support.

It has enabled me to be able to connect to customer sites with ease.

Pros

It can be installed ok multiple devices, laptop/computer/smartphone/tablet etc etc You can create an account which allows you to store your favourite computers. You can set up easy remote access. To connect to machines you just need to have their ID and if applicable the passcode. There is also the ability to transfer files between the connected machines/devices, you can record the session to playback at a later date. Multiple people can remotely connect to one machine at a time. There is also a chat function. As you can tell I use this regularly and I really like it.

Cons

Nothing it’s a really great product, can’t think of anything.

team viewer solved my problems when assisting remote co workers without traveling and without physical assistance

Pros

i like the user interface which is the light weight for any operating system including low end pc's and contains alot of features like file transfer which is faster more than other softwares. and the conference feature is excellent for multiple persons

Cons

in general everything works as expected but if you implent other options like services stop or start when you have full uac( user access level) and if you implent remote shell options to initiate commands on target computer and notify remote user that some command is being executed and promp for (approve or decline)

TeamViewer affords me a stable, consistent and inexpensive solution for remote management that is easy to use and setup and has never let me down.

Pros

TeamViewer is a veteran to the remote management scene and that shows. The software has consistently gotten better over the years, saying TeamViewer sets the bar for remote access/management software is in no way an understatement. The service is easy to use and understand, even for the non computer savvy. The addition of mobile applications has made working on the go super convenient and the pc apps are spread across all the popular platforms (Linux, Windows, Mac). All the TeamViewer applications are consistently updated for a stable and consistent experience.

Cons

TeamViewer has not disappointed in all my years of using it, the service and applications have only gotten better over the years with regular and thoughtful updates.

Over all I am really satisfied with the soft ware itself since it helped us to fix problems with us learning to actually ohow to do it while watching them from the other side fixing the issue

Pros

I actually worked in a call center industry and teamviewer really helped out on fixing some software issues for us without IT coming in their way or disturbing other supervisors at all. It is really safe for you to log in on a different computer you will have to ask for their password and also for their teamviewer ID to let the other side know that you are going to use their system for a while. You can also have a chat with the other user to communicate the problems that you have that makes it more accessible.

Cons

Well of course to all the soft wares out there we had always the bugging or lagging issues usually because in this software you are using a real-time different computer from another computer that is really tough to maintain but I think was really great for them to create because it still helps!

We use TeamViewer mostly with vendor support. Whenever we have an issue on a server, or on a user system, that has specific vendors' software, we use TeamViewer to allow vendor support to connect to a system to either see the issue and walk the user through or troubleshoot the issue themselves and apply fixes or to update the systems. Using TeamViewer allows us to allow the vendors into our systems whenever we need, while making sure they do not always have access (like when we aren't expecting them to connect). And we do not always have to download and install/run something each time a vendor needs to access a system.

Pros

Extremely easy to use. I install on the systems that need it. Our staff members do not even know its there until they need it. And when they do need it, there's not much they need to do. Allow a connection, give permission. Easy for them all to do!

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't work with our security settings. While we can make a connection, the remote end may not be able to do certain mouse-clicks due to UAC with Windows. And we use UAC and do not want it disabled. Though, it doesn't seem to happen all the time, so the inconsistency there is pretty annoying.

Pros

When I need to do a remote control session with a client, i prefer TeamViewer. It can also help an off-site IT person control a teams computers. I used this is a small office setting to log in for tech support and keeping computers and software up to date. TeamViewer has the option to log on without advance permission - like a meeting set up. TeamViewer also has the option to send out meeting invites but I use this less and more for remote control.

Cons

Set up and training a new user can be a little difficult. Also, like most software with remote control or meetings, both users have to be using the same software version. If not, the newest version must be downloaded and installed first.

I like that I am able to easily connect to or host my screen for a client. I can send files and chat easily between connections and set up unattended access. Setting passwords and properties is easy and quick to use. We use this for internal meetings and for external meetings with ease.

Cons

Sometimes it is a little iffy when presenting your screen what can be seen or not seen and there can be a decent lag time.

The company continues to add and improve their program as well which makes the app very useful and efficient. I recommend anyone that's working on a team rather professionally or personally to download it because you won't be disappointed. You are able to present your desktop, give remote control access, share files, video chat and more. In addition, if this is used personally the application is free so use that to your advantage while you can!
