Pros

Really like the mobile capabilities of the product - super important for my technicians in the field

Cons

reporting module is really strong but might take some to learn (especially on the BI side)

Great produce, great team. Very focused on the client

Pros

The ability to add value for the end user is great. It helps people at all levels of the team to access Customer Information and allows them to see the history and challenges the customer may have. Customer service to the company that selects Build Ops is great.

Cons

I have heard that they are sometimes to helpful if there is such a thing. In some instances it would be nice to call them instead of them calling us.

Reason for choosing BuildOps
