Personal Assistant Hospitality Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Couldn't beat their service" January 14, 2020 5.0 I was trying to create subtitles for a short film I made on behalf of my company. Unfortunately, my video was WAY too big, even after activating my pro membership. I contacted support, who were available immediately. Rather than telling me "too bad, it's too big" \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] offered to create subtitles himself! Even after being told I needed it pretty much instantly, he was willing to do it (complimentary, too). Unfortunately, I couldn't transfer the file, despite \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] suggestion of google drive, email or drop box. Despite the fact I didn't use the software, I'm so grateful for all the help I was offered- totally unexpected and totally appreciated. To no fault of their own, this video just wasn't going to happen, but he really, really tried. Pros Easy to use, straight to the point! Hard to get it wrong. Cons No negative comments. The software is great. Reason for choosing VEED very easy to sign up, payment is totally reasonable. Review Source SE Sia E. Owner Writing and Editing Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "They ruined it - useless now" June 9, 2022 1.0 Pros Used to be a great system but not anymore Cons They recently did an 'upgrade' that literally removed all of the positive UX. All of the critical actions are hidden or hard to find, it is really buggy, and after being a paying customer for over a year, I have now left. Pros For months I have been looking or an easy-to-use editing tool without high costs. When I discovered veed I was very pleased. The features are great even for the nonpayment version and super easy to use for a non-editing start like me Cons the only thing about this tool I don't like is the lack of transitions. " July 16, 2021 5.0 It was very helpful for the project I had and very user friendly! Pros I happened upon Veed when I needed to convert audio to a Youtube format video. It was very user friendly for someone who had never used it. I like the auto subtitle feature. Cons I did have some issues with the auto subtitle feature. No messing about with 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support to battle through / waste time on - straight through to a knowledgeable person. Quick timely responses. Ace! Disappointing that I could not find the GIF export, and that support could not demonstrate how to obtain a GIF export. He just repeated his comment, and the experience left me with an incomplete project that I needed to abandon. Pros Initial steps are straightforward. There are different size options and resolution/quality options. Cons Tried to export to GIF but could not locate this feature. Live support was unable to resolve my issue.
