De beste investering ooit van ContentKings.

Pros

Simplicate ondersteunt niet alleen je primair proces, maar maakt je handen ook vrij. Snel en accuraat factureren met termijnen, uren admin, project planning en admin, bureau portfolio: het zijn alles bij elkaar hele grote voordelen.

Cons

Enige minpunt is de offerte editor. Als contentbureau leg ik de lat hoger en kan ik mijn huisstijl er niet voldoende in kwijt. Maar we werken eromheen, en voegen later een PDF toe aan de correspondentie. Werkt ook.

We maken inmiddels al vier jaar met veel tevredenheid gebruik van Simplicate binnen ons consultancybureau. Het systeem vormt de ruggengraat van onze projectadministratie: we gebruiken het intensief voor het aanmaken van projecten, het boeken van uren en het factureren. En dat werkt uitstekend. Hoewel Simplicate ook krachtige CRM-functionaliteiten en salesmodules biedt, maken wij daar (nog) geen gebruik van. Ook de capaciteitenplanner zit goed in elkaar, al sluit die minder goed aan bij de aard van onze business. Wat écht opvalt, is het gebruiksgemak. In de afgelopen jaren hebben we zeker 25 consultants in Simplicate laten werken, en ik hoor zelden tot nooit klachten. Het systeem werkt altijd, intuïtief en zonder gedoe. Dat is zeldzaam. Voor bedrijven die veel met projecturen werken, kosten willen monitoren per project en snel en overzichtelijk willen factureren, is Simplicate absoluut een aanrader. In combinatie met Exact Online als boekhoudpakket hebben wij zo een efficiënte, overzichtelijke en schaalbare oplossing.

Zeer eenvoudig in gebruik Werkt altijd Overzichtelijk

Cons

De exportmogelijkheden zijn beperkt en de rapportage mogelijkheden niet uitmuntend. Daarom wil ik data exporteren om en zelf mee aan de slag te gaan. Dat is erg lastig en eigenlijk onmogelijk.

Fijne onboarding. Goede integratie met andere apps en boekhouding. Bij vragen krijg je eigenlijk altijd dezelfde dag antwoord.

Pros

Alles op 1 duidelijk platform, van CRM tot facturatie.

Cons

Soms lukken bepaalde handelingen in een project niet (meer), dan kan het best wel even zoeken zijn in de projectinstellingen waarom dat niet lukt. Dan is er bijv. al een conceptfactuur, is de einddatum van de dienst al voorbij of kan de gewenste instelling niet bij de gekozen facturatievorm van de dienst.

Overall, I got along well with the app, it's very easy to use and very useful for organizing everything I need in one tool.

Pros

I can organize everything in one tool, from the first contact with the customer to their invoice.

Cons

Like any other app, it has its advantages, but it is not 100% secure in terms of the information collected.

Mijn ervaring met Simplicate is zeer positief. Het is een fijn systeem dat veel tijd bespaart door alles op één plek te beheren, van projectmanagement tot facturatie en CRM.

Pros

Het grootste voordeel van Simplicate is de gebruiksvriendelijkheid. Of je nu projecten, urenregistratie of facturatie beheert, alles is eenvoudig te vinden en te gebruiken.

Cons

Het inzicht in de capaciteit per medewerker en team kan beter. Ook mis ik wat functionaliteiten wat betreft dashboarding.

Simplicate is een fijn online crm pakket dat mij helpt goed overzicht in alle projecten te houden. Eenvoudig offertes te versturen en facturen zijn eenvoudig op te stellen en te versturen. De vooraf ingestelde sjablonen maakt het heel eenvoudig om de facturen te versturen. En de ideal knop voor de klanten zeer gewaardeerd.

Pros

Online overzichtelijk. Makkelijk te gebruiken. Eenvoudig aanpassingen te maken. Koppeling met Exact.

Cons

Sommige rapportages gebruik ik niet of zou ik net iets anders willen. En jaarovergangen blijven veel werk.

Super fijne tool om mee te werken en bovendien geweldige ondersteuning en onboarding. De consultants van Simplicate helpen je goed om het platform in te richten en te leren kennen. Nu gebruiken we het ieder uur, en heeft het ons bedrijf geholpen om een stuk rendabeler te worden en goed in te zien waar de lekken zitten.

Pros

Wanneer je Simplicate goed gebruikt geeft de tool zo veel rust en overzicht. Binnen een maand was Simplicate al onmisbaar voor onze organisatie.

Cons

Eigenlijk niet, maar het is geen all-in tool. Dat geeft voordelen omdat Simplicate gewoon doet waar het goed in is, maar zorgt er wel voor dat je tools moet integreren. De offerte tool bijvoorbeeld is prima, maar niet van het niveau waar we eerst onze offertes mee maakten (PandaDoc).

in het algemeen een stabiel en betrouwbaar systeem met een goede support! gebruiksvriendelijk voor niet techies (als je ze indeelt met de juiste rechten)

Pros

Alles in 1 pakket voor het aanmaken van projecten, uren registreren en factureren. Het is goed in te richten naar je eigen workflow.

Cons

het indelen van je factuur is (nog) niet heel gemakkelijk, zoals het indelen van je prijstabel en de volgorde van je diensten.
