My experience has been highly satisfactory. We appreciate the ease of use, the remote access, and the accessible customer service. There is so much out there that you can never talk to a human, and GoToMyPC is amazing in so many ways, including the human connection to our high technology!

Pros

I love that I can always access my computer from anywhere! I do not have many problems or connectivity issues and when I do, I can get someone on the phone to help me quickly. Everyone is knowledgeable about troubleshooting and friendly. I've been using it for over 10 years and it's ease and dashboard is wonderful and easy.

Cons

There's not much I can say. There have been every few times that I have to call customer support - usually it's an update that I need to make- and everyone is helpful.

I am very pleased with this service and the longevity of my subscription speaks to that! I have not had any issues that would make me want to migrate away.

Pros

I have been using this product for about 10-years. I love the ease of use, speed of connection and sense of security it provides. Being able to use my office computer remotely allows for better connectivity within my organization and real time access to operations. This product is so easy to use and great value.

Cons

I have not had any issues with the product. I have had computer providers try to convince me to use other "free" applications that they are just more cumbersome and are always trying to sell you something. I am happy with the cost of this product.

We do not use it..When I tried to cancel, I was told that we had a annual plan and we would have to carry the cost for another 8 months.

Pros

We never use it... It could be great, but watch what you sign up for

Cons

Pros

I have been using GoToMyPC for over 15 years. I could not recommend a better platform for accessing my data.

Cons

Updating remote computers is not always optimal. It is difficult if I am not at the remote location or if someone else is not there.

A great program to have and to use. It was well priced until it was taken over and changed to a subscription-based program and now high cost.

Pros

Easy to use, all logins and bookmarks in one place. Saves a lot of time and great that it can be used on any device. You can use your own passwords or let it generate strong passwords for you. Also like that you can complete your information and when you need to fill in a form you can with just one click.

Cons

The cost of it has gone up considerably since the company changed hands.

My experience with GoToMyPC has consistently been positive. I've had some connection issues, but it's usually the result of our office Wi-Fi. My daughter works as my assistant for the same company. We are the only two employees allowed to work remotely from home. I'm grateful that GoToMyPC has allowed me the vehicle to have this dream job. In the four years I've been using GoToMyPC, I haven't once had to contact customer support for any issues.

Pros

GoToMyPC gives me complete access to my office computer working remotely on my laptop from home, hotels while traveling or visiting family. I especially appreciate being able to print remotely to my office printer!

Cons

The annual cost for two computers is quite costly! It would be helpful to have a monthly subscription.

Pros

The service is extremely reliable and easy to use, never had a connection issue. I have had a couple of questions over the years and the support people were quick to respond and help me. Billing is seamless and accurate, excellent value.

Cons

I really do not have any issues with this product. I have had a few questions that required assistance but once I understood the solution it worked perfectly.

Pros

The ease of accessing my home computer. I own my own business, so I am not part of a network, so I need to be able to access and keep my email all in one place. I have been using GoToMyPC since 2005 to stay connected to my home computer, Outlook email, and files. It has helped me be efficient and organized

Cons

The only challenge is when I can't connect because of a system software upgrade to my computer or to the GoToMyPC software. I now check to make sure I can connect before I go on a trip.

We use it to remote into the computers at work and print orders. It's essential for doing what used to be really complicated.

Pros

Gotomypc has never broken itself with new features that ruin the functionality. The website is a a bit complicated for what I want to do (simply connect to my device) but I've bookmarked the page where I connect.

Cons

I can barely use it; only for 2 PC's since the price jumps from $792 to $1188/yr just to be able to connect to a third computer.

I've never had any issues with GoToMyPC and so have never needed to contact customer support. The platform is stable and does exactly what I need.

Pros

What I like most about GoToMyPC is that since I have basically become bedridden because of stage 4 cancer, GoToMyPC has allowed me to continue to do most of my work remotely from home and literally from my bed. I have an office manager on site, but there are some functions of the company that he is still unable to do at this point. This allows me to continue to move my business forward and have complete control over my finances without disrupting the everyday business of my office manager.

Cons

Honestly, the only thing I don't like is the cost. I started with LogMeIn and was a loyal user for years and then the price skyrocketed. I found GoToMyPC, which seems like basically the same platform and possibly the same corporate ownership. However, GoToMyPC pricing was back to what I was used to. But now several years in to GoToMyPC the pricing continues to goes us. All I truly need in a product like this is the ability to access my desktop and print to either my printer at work or at home.

It's great! It's just like being in front of the work computer and it is just as fast as if I were there. I've used another program in the past that I wasn't happy with. GoToMyPC has my vote 100%.

Pros

It is fast and reliable. I have not had any issues using this software. It is great to be able to work from home and have access to my work at anytime I need to. I highly recommend GoToMyPC for anyone needing to access their business from another location!

I have not found any issues and I've been using this software for several months.

Pros

I can log in to my office computer system from my home computer, laptop, Ipad or Iphone. I can print items from each of the platforms.

Cons

WhenI use GoToMyPC, the next time I am at. my office computer I have to remember to reset my default printer from remote to my office printer. Minor problem.

We have used GTMPC for many, many years. Easy to set up when we replace our computer.

Pros

GTMPC is easy to set up and easy to use. We keep our company's financials on one computer along with inventory and all locations can access it.

Price I do find that sometimes due to internet issues on one end or the other, connecting can be slow

GoToMtPC functionality is essential to the company and I would have switched long ago if I had had any issues. But there are none. Loging in is easy, setting up additional users is easy, connections always work.

Pros

My company has an operational center in Hawaii, as well as a home office on a different Hawaiian island and one in California. We also have a few remote workers. GoToMyPC is essential for the right people to be able to access the same central computer.

Cons

We cross train all staff, but adding everyone as a seat to GoToMyPC would make it expensive when some people might only need to fill in for a team member for a little while.

I called in multiple times, last case number was \[sensitive content hidden\]. They won’t stop charging your card even though you ask for it numerous times. I had to call my bank and report my card as stolen.

Customer Service is very bad. They will keep charging you and say that they cant cancel.

Pros

I have used GoToMyPC for more than 15 years. The best aspect of GoToMyPC is being able to access my work computer from anywhere in the world. This allows me to have a single source for all my documents rather than having multiple versions on multiple devices. As a litigation attorney this is tremendously important.

Cons

Having two screens at my office makes it difficult to move to the second screen while using GoToMyPC.

I maintain all of my original tax return files on the remote computer which allows me to know which file is the original file. Removes any question about originality of file.

Pros

This software allows me to use my remote computer just like i was sitting in front of it.

Cons

There are two issues i have with the software at this time. Issue one has to do with the software changing the resolution of the remoter computer's screen every time I remote into the unit. I have to manually reset the resolution in order to be able to work on the remote computer.Second issue has to to do with being able to reconnect if I get timed out for non-use. There are times when I cannot reconnect without restarting the remote computer, which if there is no one there to do so, I cannot use the remote computer at all until there is a restart. Dead in the water.
