April 16, 2026 5.0 I remember when first needing to edit a document with Adobe and waking up in the middle of the night wondering whether my Adobe Edit would have any issues kicking in. I went straight to my remote computer the next morning, logged on, hit the edit button and was good to go! I no longer ever worry whether GoToMyPC will deliver. it Will and Does and I could not work with this kind of confidence remotely without it. Pros I have been using GoToMyPC for well over a decade and I could not work remotely without it. it has only gotten better and more efficient and there is nothing out there that allows you full access to your home computer in the most comfortable way possible. Cons It is not easy to use on my Ipad or phone, and I understand there are limits with smaller screens but nothing beats it from one Remote Desktop to another. I have not had any issues that would make me want to migrate away. Pros I have been using this product for about 10-years. I love the ease of use, speed of connection and sense of security it provides. Being able to use my office computer remotely allows for better connectivity within my organization and real time access to operations. This product is so easy to use and great value. Cons I have not had any issues with the product. I have had computer providers try to convince me to use other "free" applications that they are just more cumbersome and are always trying to sell you something. We appreciate the ease of use, the remote access, and the accessible customer service. There is so much out there that you can never talk to a human, and GoToMyPC is amazing in so many ways, including the human connection to our high technology! Pros I love that I can always access my computer from anywhere! I do not have many problems or connectivity issues and when I do, I can get someone on the phone to help me quickly. Everyone is knowledgeable about troubleshooting and friendly. I've been using it for over 10 years and it's ease and dashboard is wonderful and easy. Cons There's not much I can say. There have been every few times that I have to call customer support - usually it's an update that I need to make- and everyone is helpful. Saves a lot of time and great that it can be used on any device. You can use your own passwords or let it generate strong passwords for you. Also like that you can complete your information and when you need to fill in a form you can with just one click. Cons The cost of it has gone up considerably since the company changed hands. The platform is stable and does exactly what I need. Pros What I like most about GoToMyPC is that since I have basically become bedridden because of stage 4 cancer, GoToMyPC has allowed me to continue to do most of my work remotely from home and literally from my bed. I have an office manager on site, but there are some functions of the company that he is still unable to do at this point. This allows me to continue to move my business forward and have complete control over my finances without disrupting the everyday business of my office manager. Cons Honestly, the only thing I don't like is the cost. I started with LogMeIn and was a loyal user for years and then the price skyrocketed. I found GoToMyPC, which seems like basically the same platform and possibly the same corporate ownership. However, GoToMyPC pricing was back to what I was used to. But now several years in to GoToMyPC the pricing continues to goes us. All I truly need in a product like this is the ability to access my desktop and print to either my printer at work or at home. Pros What I like most about GTMPC, is the easy accessiblity from my home PC or my cell phone. Cons The only thing I dont like, is that GTMPC is not compatible to all computers. I cannot use it on my IPAD mini, for instance. But I have no issues on my PC or my cell phone. Pros My company has an operational center in Hawaii, as well as a home office on a different Hawaiian island and one in California. We also have a few remote workers. GoToMyPC is essential for the right people to be able to access the same central computer. Cons We cross train all staff, but adding everyone as a seat to GoToMyPC would make it expensive when some people might only need to fill in for a team member for a little while. I felt like I was living at my office too much, and was missing life at home with my family. Now, with GoToMyPC, I can put my kids to bed or have dinner with my wife, and then spend 1-2 hours using GoToMyPC to connect to my law office from my home office and have access to everything I would need -- it looks, feels and operates exactly like you are sitting at your law office desk. It's wonderful technology which allows me to use my time MUCH more efficiently, and allows me to respond to client emergencies by logging in from home -- instead of driving back to my office at night or during the middle of my valuable weekends. The convenience and remote access is invaluable! Pros This is by far the best software that my small law office owns. I am not tech-savvy, and I still don't understand how it exactly works, but when I log in to GoToMyPC from my home office and connect to my law office, my law office computer screen "takes over" my home office computer -- it's as if I'm sitting at my law office desk while I'm actually in my living room, or on vacation, or anywhere in the world. You have immediate and complete access to your entire office network -- all files, emails and ability to print at your office or at home. This saves me so much time -- I can work late at night or on a weekend morning from HOME, instead of at my office. I can retrieve a file or send an email to address a client emergency as if I was sitting at my office desk -- but I could be on vacation, or at a conference, or at home getting access due to GoToMyPC.
