I have been using GoToMyPC since 2005 to stay connected to my home computer, Outlook email, and files. It has helped me be efficient and organized Cons The only challenge is when I can't connect because of a system software upgrade to my computer or to the GoToMyPC software. I have not had any issues that would make me want to migrate away. Pros I have been using this product for about 10-years. I love the ease of use, speed of connection and sense of security it provides. Being able to use my office computer remotely allows for better connectivity within my organization and real time access to operations. This product is so easy to use and great value. Cons I have not had any issues with the product. I have had computer providers try to convince me to use other "free" applications that they are just more cumbersome and are always trying to sell you something. Pros Fast connection, I can access my computer anywhere in the world. Consistent connections. Now supports a duel monitor environment. Easy file transfer from you main computer to my laptop or other computer if needed. Cons Crazy pricing over the years, is pretty good now. There were a couple of years where I did not have great connections, but it was the best alternative to all the other competitors in the market. I've had some connection issues, but it's usually the result of our office Wi-Fi. My daughter works as my assistant for the same company. We are the only two employees allowed to work remotely from home. I'm grateful that GoToMyPC has allowed me the vehicle to have this dream job. In the four years I've been using GoToMyPC, I haven't once had to contact customer support for any issues. Pros GoToMyPC gives me complete access to my office computer working remotely on my laptop from home, hotels while traveling or visiting family. I especially appreciate being able to print remotely to my office printer! Cons The annual cost for two computers is quite costly! It would be helpful to have a monthly subscription. It has been a godsend! It has enabled me to assist her whenever she needs help, which makes her very happy and reduces my stress.
