I didn't like anything about how the process went.

A Sham! I have a marketing agency and was inquiring about Quick Fees services for my clients. I even had one of my clients join me on a Demo call. My clients are bankruptcy attorneys and turns out that their affiliate company, LawFundAR couldn't provide its services to my clients. So, I was targeted to sign my marketing agency up. I didn't think the service would be of much use to me since my clients pay monthly fees to me anyway but it seemed to be a pretty simple process and you never know, it may come in handy for one of my clients one day. After signing up to allow my clients to get funded for my services, I get a denial email. No reason at first and then I inquire as to why since the signup document had no terms or conditions to speak of. I get some excuse that the underwriter could not approve me because of derogatory information from when I was 16 years old that they found during a public records search! First of all my business was offered their services and it was presented as a straightforward matter of signing up to allow my clients the benefits of paying for my fees in installments.

Client payment and allowing for payment options and administration.

Pros

The best feature is that it allows clients to take a payment option. Meaning it makes it easy for clients to pay monthly while still allowing you to get paid upfront for a small fee. It also allows you to chargeback credit card fees.

Cons

Have to set up a separate payments page on your website that clients go through which can take a bit of getting used to. The credit card processor is a separate company which means you have to have two agreements.
