You're not making it easier to understand the vendor terms of approval and I have tried for over 3 years to get paid for Assignment ID \[sensitive content hidden\] . This company no longer exist on your platform. It is your responsibility to assist the techs to get proper treatment. Every case I have filed has ended in favor of the vendor. You should ask yourself what you can do to prevent this from happening again. You have made any effort to help me get paid . And you continue to reach out to me. I've followed all your instructions and nothing is done. You have no guarantees for success and no tech should be taking your job listing's. There are more risk than reward. When I asked for help on a solution they said, and I quote "To ensure your contractors are paid promptly, I encourage you to pay your workers internally" which has ZERO logic since their platform is what we were using to pay them in the first place. lol Pros Honestly seemed like a good company and a great platform but they are not knowledgeable on how they platform really works and they miss guide you due to that. they are part of ADP. and due to this huge error, they have lost me as a customer. will be moving all my business elsewhere. Cons the lack of knowledge on representatives. They miss guide you as long as you do what they want you to do. I deposited money on their acccount on a next day deposit, and after 2 days of them not having it, they said that it was going to be sent back to my account. Leaving my whole team without a paycheck on the day the were supposed to get paid. This goes without mentioning that i wanted to take more time on the initiation process so this wouldn't happen. They were very optimistic and convincing on everything going smooth and no issues would happen. Guess what? all issues happen... lol DO NOT USE THIS TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES THEY DESERVE BETTER. ADP or automatic data processing is a payroll and HR company that works with more specialized companies to handle niche tasks. Work market acts as a hub for freelancers and small field service companies, under a variety of categories can offer their services, including computer systems, transcribing, proofreading, and retail installation. Companies can use the FSM functions to source from these workers. Pick out those that work best for the project at hand, manage them during the project and pay them upon completion. Work market can also integrate with currently use the software to keep info consistent from the beginning to the end of the process. Work market has pricing available upon request. Work market is available via all modern web browsers and also has a mobile app for both Android and iOS. Work market comes with a number of features to help you manage FSM functions. The vendors pay on time, they give full and detailed instructions of the job, they contact you if you do a great job and it's just super easy to use! Pros I love that it's totally functional in helping to get a job, reporting, the ease of getting in contact with the vendors, replies, even using with an android phone. Cons That I have to contact them to change address in profile... Idon't understand that method but they must use it for some purpose. For her I was able to search for jobs easily and the most important thing is to know fluent English, without this the search is very limited. I was assigned work the first week I signed up and I've been doing one or two odd jobs a week and making great side money. Pros This app makes finding extra side work super easy and from trusted, reliable companies. I'm able to apply only for the jobs that fit my skill set and my time frames. Cons Sometimes the available work on the app won't match what's on the website. I also wish that stale jobs, or job posting that have already passed their due date would be removed, especially from the list of jobs I've applied for. I would say if you have a limited budget, this would be a good starting app. Pros The ability to filter criteria as well as publishing work orders out to large groups is handy and easy to use. Cons When I used the software there was not a lot that ensured the technicians were who they claimed to be and there was not a background check requirement.
