Whenever a client books an appointment on my Acuity booking page, it's automatically added to my Google Calendar. Conveniently enough, if I happen to add a date to my main calendar, that particular time is automatically marked as "unavailable" on my Schedule so if a client wants to book an appointment at that particular time they will know I'm unavailable and choose a different time. Payments are processed through Stripe and are deposited directly into our business bank account in a matter of days. Acuity has reminder email and SMS available to help eliminate no shows. Acuity also integrates with Google Calendar so you can quickly check for upcoming meetings on your phone. Cons I wish we didn't have to login to Stripe to issue refunds when meetings are cancelled. I also would like to have more access on the mobile, but it's very basic. For example, if I want to provide the direct scheduling link to someone say on Instagram quickly from my phone, I cannot.
