Not as customizable. Pros Ease of use. The flow of imputing patient data prior to scheduling is good. Cons Its allows patient appointment to be scheduled without all the proper patient information needed. Pros Acuity scheduling is user friendly. Scheduling was precise with detail of day, time and price and service needed. Also efficient with cancelations. My favorite thing in Acuity Scheduling is that I can customize appointment details. By using this I could give my customers some impression which I do extra miles for them. Cons Whenever I try to add new types of meetings or editing settings it confused me. The admin interface challenges to navigate. Pros What I liked most about Acuity was its user-friendly interface and the ability to customize my scheduling page to match my brand. The integration with my calendar and the option for clients to reschedule or cancel appointments easily were also great features. Cons What I liked least was the limited options for customizing email notifications and reminders. Overall, Acuity Scheduling is a solid tool for managing appointments and I would recommend it to others.
