Negative Aspect: Limited Payment Options: I was disappointed that I couldn't charge patients the full price upfront when booking an appointment. I wish I could choose from a menu of preselected services that might be offered in a coaching business or as an instructor. I felt like I had to build those things. I also wished it could send personalized emails once someone books a certain service.
