The experience has been so good and i have loved all things about it. Pros Acuity Scheduling automations offers an option for automated scheduling that has taken away all the burden of scheduling manually. I like how i get notifications everytime a scheduled meeting is nearing as it allows me to prepare adequately for the meeting. Acuity Scheduling data safety tools has been impressive and keeps my personal information protected. Cons I'm not a fan of the interface, its not always the most intuitive and the client facing side isn't the most attractive. Pros the fact that you could book appointments and see the calendar Cons it wasn't as user friendly as i liked, i felt like there weren't enough options to customize the calendar. I find it easy to use and integrate into my business. Pros I like that it has an app making it accessible on my phone as well as on my PC so I can switch use in between each one. It’s fairly straight forward and has features making it easy to schedule appointments. Cons I like Acuity overall but wish there was a feature that allowed appointments and bookings booked in advance for a certain date (for instance, 1 year from now) with a price change/increase. I'm glad for some features. I have been using it for a very long time. But, I don't like the interface. There are issues I'd like to solve and ways to use it that are not easy and intuitive to figure out. Also there are ways to use it that I don't know how to find. Pros Integrates with squarespace. I don't believe anything else does and I believe squarespace bought out acuity so there you go. I know a lot of huge businesses use acuity so I'm open to learning how to use it more effectively. Cons Acuity does not make using it easy to learn, navigate or figure out. Their help features really stink. They have all this writing you can put into your availability type. I thought this was emailed to the client when they received their link. So I put all this time into writing up my parameters etc. and no one was following them. Finally I figured out that it is only shown when someone is scheduling and since I schedule in my coaching clients they never even see it! I didn't figure this out for 2 years! I still don't know how to put the writing in the correct place. I see it with other's using acuity. I also hate the interface. I love Calendy's interface. Clean, simple, intuitive. Acuities is very program or techy and not intuitive. Also, when you export your client into it does not keep all their appointment info which is what I needed and so I lost all that data and there is no way to export it. And, I didn't know I would be loosing it until it was already done. Great app for planning, booking, updating, scheduling... You name it! I really like the integration with other services to promote your business though software like Instagram or Facebook and how easy it makes it for customers to work with us on them. Great success using this program! Pros The communication is top tier. There is a significant decrease in scheduling conflicts. Time management is spectacular. There are real-time availability updates, which is nice. Booking appointments is made easy along with rescheduling or updating them. Cons The pricing is a little off just because you have to pay more for what you need but then receive far too much more than needed. There is no middle ground. Also there are some scheduling limits. August 20, 2024 5.0 My meetings scheduling experience has gotten way much better and precise since i started using Acuity Scheduling. It uses automations which makes it easy to locate the most suitable scheduling time making scheduling very effortless and errorless. I have loved every experience i have had with Acuity Scheduling. Pros Acuity Scheduling has a very lightweight and easy to learn user interface making the learning curve very short and smooth. It uses automation workflows which help find perfect scheduling time making scheduling very accurate. Acuity Scheduling integrates with third party products i use making it possible to use it for scheduling meetings on various conferencing products. But scheduling was a breeze.
