I’m consistently pleased with the product. Pros Acuity scheduling is very intuitive and well organized. The features are easy to use and very customizable. Pros I really liked how easy the online scheduling was on the provider side and on the client side; it fulfilled all needs of an online scheduling platform. There were many ways for us to customize our session offerings with different durations, staff, and prices. With Acuity Scheduling, finding a suitable time for scheduling has become easier than before. Pros Beyond it all has been how easy and straightforward it was to learn how to use Acuity Scheduling to create meeting schedules. I have also had an amazing experience with the task automations that help automatically find the right date and time to schedule for a meeting. Acuity Scheduling also has excellent reminders that ensures that am always on the know about upcoming scheduled meetings. Its activity dashboard provides a clear picture of all my scheduling activities making ot easy to track them. Acuity Scheduling automated alerts and reminders assist me not to ever miss any meeting that have been scheduled. Calendly now has that integration of course now, too, but at the time, I was manually sending the zoom link to my contacts and so I searched for a better tool and Acuity was it. Pros That they offer the 'add to google calendar' feature as opposed to (or in addition to??) the inconvenient .ics file. Cons The cost. I switched to another tool because Acuity was double the price with almost the same features. Even when we tried other software, we always came back to Acuity but it just simply worked. Pros Acuity is a simple and clean piece of software that is straightforward and insightful. It provides enough flexibility to be used in a number of applications. For our sports training business it allowed up to separate appointment types, create custom calendars and send notifications. I really liked that it interacted with our website so clients didnt have to leave our site to book a session. Cons Reporting in acuity is a bit clunky for how we used the software. Instead of going off package pricing, acuity uses per session pricing which makes our revenue numbers look great but they are inaccurate. Additionally there are limited customization options for the booking pages unless you have advanced knowledge of CSS styling. Acuity Scheduling also allows setting up of automation workflows to automate scheduling making it to take less time and less labour input. With the quick integration with my calendar, am able to see all my calendar activities before scheduling a meeting making it easy to find the perfect time to schedule a new meeting.
