Though the benefits of this software are unmatched, I wish they would upgrade a few things. Pros Product is awesome and relatively easy to use. love how many automations I can send for reminders to clients and for follow ups about re-booking and leaving reviews, etc. The payment integrations is also awesome too! Cons I don’t like that they don’t have an HST addition option built in to client receipts. It really makes my accounting messy and occasionally I consider changing software for this reason only. I als wish that it connected directly to square so I don’t have to switch between apps. Would be really awesome if EMT was an option for payment as well. Pros Acuity Scheduling's simple and clean UI makes it easy and comfortable to navigate and use. Additionally it enable us to customize scheduling options and look good to our clients by adding our brand logo, customizing the color and copy of our scheduler. Acuity Scheduling provides us with tools for scheduling and managing appointments which help us streamline our scheduling operations and management of multiple loan clients. Acuity's automated appointment notifications and reminders enable us to stay ahead of all our scheduled meetings which prevent no-shows . Acuity sync with Google Calendar is a gamechanger that has helped us eliminate double bookings and scheduling conflicts by adjusting our availability accordingly. Acuity allow for customization of intake forms which help us gather necessary client information efficiently and personalize the customer experience. This provide us with all the details we need to provide excellent client service. Lastly, Acuity provide a mobile admin app that help manage appointments and view client details on the go. Pros My favorite feature is that I can set specific appointment times on my availability calendar such as 10a, 1pm, 3:30p . I love that it’s all inclusive . All the features are included in the plan. I can add forms , deposit requests and payment processing at no additional fee. It was also easy to sync my calendar . I never experienced any bugs or operating issues . Cons I would like to be able to run more detailed reports. I would also like the option for Acuity to market my business for me. Also quicker customer support would be helpful. It is relatively easy to use and it does have mobile friendly booking pages which makes it easier to book appointments on your phone. Cons There’s no option for a free plan although you do get a 7 day free trial. After that you do need to subscribe. Also, there’s no phone support if you do experience any issues. The ability to send a link to your calendar or specific service is a definite advantage. They also have the option for intake forms, pre-surveys, post service surveys and the ability to pay for appointments and gift certificates on the website. Over all excellent product Pros I love the online scheduling and customization. That was perfect for us when we first started growing. You can text a link directly to your calendar, and then you get notified when someone schedules an appointment. The client gets reminders too which helps with no show appointments. Theres even a no show button and you can prevent repeated no shows from scheduling! Cons Figuring out how to set the different calendars and work schedules are not intuitive in my opinion. Cons It took some time initially to sync calendars and change time zones, but the fact that it was possible to use different time zones was helpful.
