I had it my mind that I had to do all or nothing - so if I could not pay for the version to use on my website, why bother? I was totally wrong. After much prompting to start using a tool, I selected the free version of Acuity and included a link for people to schedule time to talk with me in my email signature. I also started to mention at networking events how people could contact me for appointments. Immediately after meeting people at networking events or emailing for followups, I had appointments scheduled. It saves me time and it saves my potential clients time. I could not believe how much activity I had on my calendar and wished I had done it sooner. It is very easy to set up and I like the option to add my logo and customizes my scheduling url even for the free version. Pros Even for the free version I could customize my url and add my logo. I like the "tone of voice" that comes across - I really got the feeling that some'one' was walking me through the steps. Pros I found this to be a really benefit for efficiency within a clinic environment. Having reminders for clients was a real bonus. I have been incredibly impressed and have recommended it highly to others in my business network. Pros I was SO surprised at how easy it was to use Acuity. I was blown away by the features and how easily everything integrated into my website. It was by far the easiest part to setting up my website. I didn't realise that you can even make payments through Acuity! I am super impressed. Cons It may be that I am not understanding something well, but the hours booked face to face on the system is all that appears when a client books. The courses I create may only have one session of one on one time but that does not mean that the course TAKES only 1 hour - So it may seem like they are spending a lot for just one hour. I needed a tool that wold allow them to easily book a 1-hr or 2-hr appointment on the Calendar and pay for it right after booking. I found all the services I needed integrated in Acuity Scheduling: booking form customization options, payment integration, Calendar layout personalization and easy sharing on my web pages. Once subscribed to AS, I also found very useful the guided calendar setup function which made me save a remarkable amount of time (I needed to set up the calendar very quickly). Overall is a very smooth, usable and helpful tool. Pros User-friendliness in both setting it up and share it. Services available Cons I emailed once the support but did not receive a reply. What I like best about it is its integrations: it can connect with Facebook and Instagram and numerous website hosting and building platforms. Pros It makes users pick their appointment in a very easy manner. It also detects the local time and adjusts the time of the appointment with their local time. They also have Google Calendar integration which makes it very easy for the admins to track your appointments without logging into Aquity. Cons There are just so many things which makes it little bit complicated sometimes but you can always talk to their support and yes they are quick.
