"Good for specific scheduling scenarios"

**Overall:** Ultimately, I opted of using it because the set up was not simple enough for the scenarios I needed for my business

**Pros:** Once it’s set up, it is very easy for customers to use. It’s possible to integrate into your own website.

**Cons:** When I was using it, there was no customer service to call if you were unsure of how to set up a specific if/then. I had to rely on other customers to figure things out.

"Overall satisfied "

**Pros:** I like Acuity Scheduling because you can customize your booking pages with your brand, like your logo and color schemes.Its also mobile friendly.

**Cons:** Some cons for Acuity Scheduling are it can be expensive for small businesses and it has no free tier like other apps.Setting up advanced features can also be confusing and time consuming.
