Overall, I have had a great experience. I go most of my days without Rectangle giving me any problems at all, which makes work go more smoothly!

Pros

I can tell from my computer if it is connected to the card reader. It is also easy to look back and search past payments.

Cons

At times, it can be finicky. It just won’t connect to the reader, or it takes the card but does not actually process it.

Wonderful not much more I can say! Everything is easy to use and even getting a hold of the support team is so much easier.

Pros

This system is very easy to use and my co workers thought so as well. Easy to sign in and use on a day to day service. Taking and voiding transactions have been a breeze

Cons

Not fully intergrated with cornerstone but thats ok! works well.. it makes the process of checking out a client a little longer.

Experience has been great. Customer service has helped us with everything we needed. We needed an extra terminal after the initial set up and they got it to us right away.

Pros

Simple to use interface. All of our transactions get sent directly to our Electronic Health Record.

Cons

Sometimes the system disconnects with the terminal and we need to restart the system. Simple restart and we are back in business.

Pros

The ease of accepting payment in my office is what I love about rectangle health. I never have any issues. If there are updates, they occur when my office is closed.

Cons

Nothing at all. I hope they continue to provide me with a seamless experience in my office. My patients have no complaints as well.

Simple way to get information and take payments from patients. I like that you can pull reports for payments alot quicker than EMR system does.

Always having to reconnect or wait for the program to establish if you aren't actively on it.

It took me 3 months to close my account. They kept. Charging me between $88 to 102, without any charges being processed. I had sold the practice and they kept on $$$

Not a thing, they are sloppy and unorganized

It has been okay. I am not sure sometimes if I want to keep due to scripts always needing to be rewrote when something goes on. All our offices have to call individually and sometimes wait, we don't have that time. If there was an update that messes our script up,we should be able to report it and then they should automatically fix all our other scripts.

Pros

The ease of use when the script is correctly put in.

Cons

The remote help can help very rude and snippy. You need to improve thier tone and how they work with people. Our office does not like calling them sometimes because of how they speak to them
