I am not sure sometimes if I want to keep due to scripts always needing to be rewrote when something goes on. All our offices have to call individually and sometimes wait, we don't have that time. If there was an update that messes our script up,we should be able to report it and then they should automatically fix all our other scripts. Pros The ease of use when the script is correctly put in. Cons The remote help can help very rude and snippy. You need to improve thier tone and how they work with people.
