They have amazing customer service that is always available with extremely fast response times. We also use GoAudits for our daily temperature logs, 4 a day at over 20 locations. Their system handles all of our needs without issue. Pros GoAudits has all of the features needed for our company to perform and maintain our Quality Assurance program. As the Administrator, I am able to manage all aspects of our program in one place. Cons There were some bugs in the system initially, but those have all been worked out over the course of our relationship. The ability for us to make on the fly edits to audits and change the format and linear outlines make it a great tool. The excellent customer service and support, together with the great product, user-friendly, additional functionality and in-depth reporting gave us a easy and cost effective route to make the shift from paper to digital inspections. We will continue to recommend Go Audits to others. Pros Our Association represents the best visitors attractions in Devon. All our members are annually inspected to ensure the highest standards and visitor experience. Go Audits made it possible for us to make the transition from paper to digital for our inspections. This was made easy with the excellent customer care and support they offer. Our inspectors really enjoy using the App and using the additional functionality of adding photos and comments. Plus our members really rate the full detailed reports they receive. We are heading into year two and will start benchmarking. We have updated our original form with the help of support and are now bringing in another Mystery Shopper inspection form. Go Audits have offered us further training on additional functionality that we didn't use in year one. We have already recommended Go Audits to a similar Tourism Association and would highly recommend to others. Cons One url with all the platforms in one place would be easier but its all still workable. Pros creating custom audit forms or checklists, Developing them from initial creation and using them during audits is a straight forwards and intuitive process.Once the report format is chosen, the completion of audits from the stock or custom checklists give clear information for our organisation on how departments, processes and where improvements can be made. Cons The process for setting up audit schedules is a bit clunky and when dates have to be changed, the only to change audit dates appears to be deletion and re-entering with the same details except for the new planned date. Cons Changes of text within individual item are not readily picked up by the system so users need "importing" all the time. At times, the revised text affects the "marking" of the specific item e.g. a "n/a" becomes a "no response", resulting in "fail" for the audit. Some very specific requests were fulfilled over time. After a year of use, everyone is used to the software and paper audits are increasingly replaced by GoAudits. Pros Easy to use, intuitive, answers customized, reports sent. Cons Interface only in English, it will be appreciate other languages . Some few changing is not possibles in the forms/checklists setup (exemples: order of sections is not possible to change in our side). Custom Fields is very useful, but it is not possible to use a predefined list of values (dropdown list).
