We have been using GoAudits for many years and has been a great asset to our working procedures. On only a few occasions we needed to make contact for assistance, and everytime \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful and professional.

Pros

Once the audit is created, it is easy to navigate to use, add comments, add photos, etc.

Cons

Rearranging questions or selecting answer type can be a bit fiddly when creating a new audit template.

\[sensitive content hidden\] have both been very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. Very happy to have purchased the software and look forward to utilizing to its full capacity in 2025.

Pros

Analytics & the ease of taking pictures and adding them into the report. Also the creation and personalization of the reports.

Cons

Nothing as of now. We have had 30 min weekly meetings with Fazal to help train us which has been very helpful.
