It is good that the materials can be shared via Showell and we get the information who has viewed the link. Good to be able to have different roles and user groups. Easy to use in most of the cases. Cons From reporting is bit hard to get the information I would like to get. There should be some kind of "pivot table" type of report where I could select the information and limitations I would like to see in one page. Cons As admin I would like to have the feature to create master content inside Showell, but we can also do the things other ways. But that would help us in some cases. It's a fabulous tool for having a shared database for the whole of our organisation, and for our sales teams when they're prospecting. Cons On the admin side, sometimes loading new documents doesn't work properly, or at least takes a long time to initialise between the admin and client versions. We've also encountered problems with document formats, in particular with PNG files, which need to be smaller than 8000 x 800 in order to be viewable on the web version of showell. Even out less tech savvy sales people use it with ease. The support you get is great, and from an admins POV it's very easy to maintain and analyse its use within the sales team. Pros Showell overcomes the challenge of our sales team having up to date content on all devices even in remote areas (without WiFi or signal). Cons Honestly there hasn't been any cons with Showell. I have been very pleased with the ongoing support we have received and how quickly it has become part of our toolkit. Pros Showell is great at consolidating sales and marketing materials. As every customer is different, giving the salesperson the option of building their own decks and sharing relevant materials is a real plus, it also cuts down on the amount of materials we need to get printed. Having the analytics is also a great way to gain insight in to which type of materials work best for our sales team. Cons There is nothing really to dislike, it's functionality is great. If I could change one thing it would be the number of templates available or having the ability to create your own.
