We would advise every new company to start some system like this straight away as it is harder to get onboard when already having many clients before starting to use Classcard. Pros The ease following up on booked classes, missed classes and booking make up sessions. As well as invoicing - the whole process of it namely from sending to sending reminders to following up and linking payment to booked classes and so on. Cons The least likely part was that we had to learn all staff to work with it as for 10 years we had been working with a regular shared excel sheet and it took us some time to get all staff members acquainted with this system. We have automated a few processes that used to be manual, and the notifications and reports really help us to keep track of everything Pros The automations, the customer service and the fact that you can do pretty much anything without the need of other softwares. Cons the scheduling is quite complex, and once you have set the duration of a subject, you can not schedule lessons of a different duration.
