Support has also been responsive whenever I had questions. It has helped save time, improve productivity, and given me greater visibility into workforce operations. Pros Zoho Workerly makes workforce management incredibly easy and efficient. The clock in/clock out feature is smooth and accurate, helping track employee hours without hassle. The employee scheduling system is very intuitive, and I really like how it reduces manual errors when assigning shifts. The integration with other Zoho apps is also a big plus, making it a complete solution for staffing needs. From a value-for-money perspective, it offers excellent features at a very competitive price. Before, I was dealing with paper logs or Excel sheets from different departments, now it’s centralized and easier to audit, said Mr. MacKenzie. That’s made payroll more accurate, and there haven’t been as many compliance flags to raise internally. Pros My favorite feature of Zoho Workerly is how it consolidates the scheduling and timesheets of all temporary staff in one place. On the finance side, being able to bring up exact work hours and then plug them directly into payroll is saving me a lot of going back and forth with HR and ops. Cons Some of the permissions are inflexible — I’ve needed the ability to edit time logs during payroll prep, but that requires waiting on admin approvals. Also, if a temp forgets to clock in or out, fixing that manually takes longer than it needs to.
