Pros

Loom is super easy to pull up at any point and start recording a thought. its simple and seamless. employees enjoy that they can see as well as hear the projects which cuts out a lot of meetings.

Cons

So far I have no complaints with using Loom software.

I use it to train new colleagues on processes. Will continue to use and reccomend!

Pros

Super easy to use and share videos to colleagues or associates. Keeps all your videos and notifies when someone watches them.

Cons

I have not yet figured out how to hide the user controls while actually recording the video, but other than that no issues

The ability to shoot and send personalized messages sets us apart from other businesses. We love it.

Pros

It was very simple to use. I was able to shoot and send personalized videos to clients very efficiently.

Cons

I do not have anything to complain about with this software. The value is wonderful for the price. I am very satisfied.

Pros

It looks cool and I am able to present a recorded class with my face in the corner talking

Cons

The audio and video do not synch about 75% of the time....forcing you to re-do the whole presentation over again. Basically it starts off fine then by end of presentation it is all off - very frustrating

I like it because it's really quick and easy!

Pros

I like that once it is loaded into your account, it let's you know when and how many people have watched the video. It's really easy to create videos for linking or uploading.

Cons

So far, I haven't found anything at all to not like.

It was very easy to use for the first time. Made our meetings easier with the ability to share the screen.

Cons

It took us some time to set it up on everyone's computer and make sure everyone who was in the meeting had the new tool. Everyone is used to the old tools.

Great for recording training videos for team members!

Pros

My favorite thing is how easy it was to set up and get my recordings done and then share the links.

Cons

My least favorite thing was losing the links afterwards. Would be nice if they were emailed to you or something.

Cons

I wish there were ways to record and merge addendum's instead of leaving video comments or starting over again. This is critical for training videos.

Pros

Screen recordings and web cam videos are very simple to do using loom and the quality is very high.

I can’t think of any features that I’d like it to have added.
