Pros I spent dozens of hours researching and evaluating vacation systems and finaly settled on LeaveDates, and I was not disappointed. I did not need an all-in-one HR system, all I needed was a way to track vacation and sick days that was more efficient than spreadsheets but still had all the bells-and-whistles one would expect. LeaveDates hit the mark! Cons Simple thing but would love it if the calendars had the option to start the week on Sunday. We've scaled from 5 to 20+ people across two time zones without needing to reconfigure anything. Pros I track my team's time off. We have 45 staff at a vet practice with varying shift patterns, holidays and working hours. I'm yet to find something it cant do or we cant come up with a work around for. I've already recommended to to multiple other vets practices. Cons I wish they did work rotas as well. Mainly because im yet to find another company that can do this for us. Other companies out there try to be too clever and do to much I just need something I can upload a rota on and shar with staff. I think the platform could be easily adapted for use as a rota sharing platform. The app is not as easy to use as the online web page.
