Pros

The clear ability to see what is going on in the shop both in the bays and behind the scenes.

Cons

There are no cons other than other software companies

### "A simpler way of doing business."

Flow of work is faster, acknowledgement from customers for approved repairs is critical, notification of vehicle status is time saving via text/email after work is completed, etc.

Pros

Accessibility of information to make the flow of work easy peasy.

Cons

Repair times available and accuracy of industry times

Functionality, Ease of use, Constantly updating and easy to work with.

Cons

Anything that I have found as a con has either been addressed or will be addressed in a future release.
