The client support is excellent. The team is very responsive and quick to help whenever any issues come up. They don’t just respond fast — they actually solve problems efficiently, which has made a big difference for us.

Cons

Honestly, nothing! It’s been a great experience from the start. I would Highly recommended to any business.

I’ve have been using LegitFit in my gym and it has been a game-changer for the way I manage things and also my members experience. One of the standout aspects, which I thought was going to be more of a gimmick, are the AI features. I was sceptical of it to begin with, but found that it really sped up how I programmed and even helped me put my PARQ together in seconds. Would definitely recommend this to people! Other areas it helped, especially compared to my last provider, which I became increasingly frustrated with, was helping to streamline the scheduling, provide useful insights on revenue, importantly I can ID at-risk members, and the communication tools were brilliant. They alone allowed me to reduce my costs of using a separate marketing software and allowed me to move away from WhatsApp. So now my phone isn't going off at all hours. My members find it just as simple to use, whether they’re booking classes, cancelling, checking remaining credits, and even messaging me with questions. The onboarding process was also seamless. The thought of migrating my existing member base and payment data from a different system was a big worry and a reason why I put it off for so long. To be fair to \[sensitive content hidden\] in the onboarding team, it was so much more straightforward than I was expecting and gave clear directions at every step - another thing I haven't gotten in the past! My account was ready to go within days too. Even setting up a demo was very quick and easy, so thanks to those who rang me minutes after filing out the form 😅 The support has been excellent too. Anytime I’ve had a question, I got a response quickly from \[sensitive content hidden\] , instead of having to wait 24-48 hrs. It never feels like you’re left figuring things out on your own, which makes a massive difference when running a busy business. I also really appreciated the advice I received around pricing structures and building out my business model. It wasn’t just about the software. \[sensitive content hidden\] , my account manager, took the time to understand my business and offer insights that have genuinely helped improve how I operate and generate revenue. Thanks again! And also thanks to Lee who helped with questions when Shane was off. Overall, LegitFit delivers on all fronts and I highly recommend it and encourage anyone to reach out to me with questions. It's a great platform and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into how the features work and the ease of use of the platform. Thanks again all! 😁

None that come to mind. The only downside is that I didn't get started sooner but that was my own fault. I was too worried about the migration and transition but it was simple!

### "Great customer service, some quirks"

Pros

I've been with LegitFit for about 3 months. I am a sole proprietor with a studio that does one thing, private training sessions. For the most part, LegitFit is easy for my clients (and me) to understand and use compared to other booking services, and I do appreciate Ian's help.

Cons

There are some quirks that are quite annoying and most seem related to time. Once they get sorted out, I believe this will be a great booking platform. The first issue which I brought up about 3 months ago relates to time. I have set the time zone for the studio, but clients get reminders that their appointments are scheduled for totally different times (ie I have put their appointment in for 5pm on a Wednesday, and they get an e-mail saying their appointment is at 1am on Thursday). I've been told to have clients set their time zone, but I don't believe they should have to. If they are booking in person services it should automatically be set to the studio's time zone. I was surprised to have a new client experience this. I had not met the client yet, so something like this negatively impacts their perception of me because it looks like I can't book them in correctly to a session. When I was one time zone updating scheduling for a session while on vacation, I set the time to to something like 10:30am (which is when the client requested the session) but when I came back to my time zone, it showed the session at 9:30am. When I've been updating recurring sessions that are on a Wednesday, sometimes for no apparent reason they'll show up on Tuesdays and I'll have to edit it again and unselect the Tuesday option (even though that was never selected by me to begin with). I'd love to see financial reports in a little more detail

These guys have really helped me out of a spot. The old app I used to be with I felt trapped with them. I’m glad they contacted me and offered me a better service at a better value.

Pros

It’s easy software to use and much better value for money than the old company I was with. I also love that we have an app. We look more professional and our clients love it to.

Cons

Just need to make the scheduled workouts smoother like truecoach. I would be willing to pay extra on my subscription to legitfit is their online coaching software was up to scratch with truecoach. Also, please keep the A.I. Notes in the software and you’d be much better than truecoach

Pros

The ease of navigation and learning process is so good. Overall, it is good value for money. The Client Support and Respect is outstanding in responsiveness and integrity. I never think twice about reaching out to the Support Team.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Now, there's a thing in itself. If I was pushed I would say an alert of an upgrade and when it will land on the site.

Very positive experience from my first meeting to my initial upload/transfer of clients to my final meeting with Bella. Very seamless transition from my last scheduling app.

Pros

My clients find it user friendly, easy to maneuver through timetable and purchasing of products. It was an easy download and set up of the app.

Cons

I cant edit or delete programs assigned to clients. As I issue a lot of rehabilitation programs this is a draw back.

Pros

I love how LegitFit makes running my studio simple and pain-free, allowing me to spend more time coaching rather than being stuck in processes and data. My clients enjoy the ability to book their classes in a simple and efficient way and love recording their workout metrics. The customer service is outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble for the team. The software design is clean and user-friendly. The onboarding team, especially Bella, was incredibly helpful in setting our system up and walking us through how everything works. The initial setup was incredibly easy.

Cons

I havent come across anything I don't like about the software yet, which is rare as theres usually something.

They are always open to suggestions and feedback which is great to see. They are actively adding in more features over time also which shows they are proactive in improving the software and these improvements are usually based on customer feedback which is a big positive.

How user friendly it is and how it can be tailored to suit many different business models.

Cons

Maybe the communication with clients in terms of emailing and sms could be better but I know this is not the main feature of the software.

Very smooth. My own membership set up was a bit of a mess when approaching legitfit. I would advise anyone signing up to make sure and have your memberships made out very clearly to ensure a smooth transition to the app.

Pros

Dashboard and timetable are extremely easy to manage. Everything very clear for both owner and member's.

Cons

I am still in the process of getting everyone set up on the app but so far I am finding it very user friendly. Haven't identified any cons.

Shane from LegitFit has been particularly great. He managed to take my very manual excel sheets and put them into the system with very little impact on my clients. He has also supported the process every step of the way.

Pros

LegitFit took away all of the paperwork I was facing each month. From scheduling, to reconciling payments.

Cons

You get what you pay for. The cost is high but the business case for using it makes it worth the investment.

\*I want clients to be able to book with ease and have no 15 minute booking window obstacle. \*Clients need to be booked into each class at the time of booking, having to book into each class if a block of classes were bought was cumbersome and a negative experience for my clients. \*I want to able to email all my clients with one click. I do not know how to do this. \*The Instant Zoom link or YouTube link Is great for direct access to my classes. \*Working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was great! She was very efficient, and thorough. Answered all my questions and got back to me promptly. \*Website embed worked great. I felt once I had signed up with LegitFit and following initial meetings with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], there was no more contact with him. I did however miss a call with him, but otherwise there was no correspondence from him.

Pros

\*Easy to set up classes \*Easy to pay through Stripe \*Easy to ammend existing classes and add ‘pop-up’ classes. \*Great to be able to replace the Zoom link with a YouTube link when needed.

Cons

\*Booking for clients needs to be easier. When a block of classes are booked, the client should be booked in straight away. The ‘booking into’ each class caused problems for my clients. \*The 15 minute window booking access needs to be changed, be removed or made more flexible. \*Clients found it cumbersome to use. \*I would like to be able to customise the colours so match my logo etc. \*Would like to have an area for ‘on demand’ recorded classes or a membership for access to recordings.

I have been with Legitfit for a number of years now and have never had any issues with the software. The users as I said above have been able to navigate it easily enough so no issues there. I must say the customer service care has been excellent, I am not very technically minded so I want to make a special mention of \[sensitive content hidden\] who I have been emailing for a few years now and he is always so helpful and punctual in his response where sometimes I am under time pressure he really comes through for me so a big 5 stars for \[sensitive content hidden\] too, much appreciated his help. Thanks for that.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is for the members, rarely the guys have any issues with the software. I like how you are constantly trying to improve the service for us the gym owner but also the use. The constant innovation is impressive.

Cons

I don't think there are any dislikes, I know the costing for the year went up last year a good bit but I also understand things change in the market place and new additions to the service was included in that.

I love that it manages all my payments in one app and the clients can send direct messages through legitfit so managing this is so much easier. \[sensitive content hidden\] was excellent at helping me set up the app and on-boarding of clients. She was also on the end of the email for full support and guidance. i am happy to pay the fees for the stress that legitfit takes out of running my business and also the time it saves me over the long term. I love the new par q app also which integrates with AI also.

Pros

I can set my payments to all arrive at the same time or customise as I please. Once I got the system up and running I have not looked back.

Cons

If I set payments up for the first of the month and a client does not pay on time then the payment is reduced the next time its taken as it thinks the client has only started. This is my only issue with the system.

Pros

Everything you could need from scheduling to payments is there. Looks the part, customer support is top notch.

Cons

good but most of the learning to set it up was heavily reliant on the client having to most of the set up and then review at the next meeting.

Pros

booking system is helpful and easy to use. Good to have the timetable option to embed and this made it look more professional

not able to add general link to join the legitfit system as a potential client without having to make a booking

It was a very good system for managing our martial arts business.

Pros

Legitfit was like having another membership of staff. It saved alot of time & helped organise our membership & fees. It also helped us plan our classes because we knew exactly who was coming.

Cons

That we couldn't mass freeze our membership accounts when we needed to which would have been helpful for our type of business (martial arts) as we would closed during school holidays

Incredibly positive, everyone I have encountered has been friendly and professional. I never feel like I can't ask a question and I'm appreciative of all the support

Pros

Staff are lovely (\[sensitive content hidden\] are fab!), product is easy to set up and use, loads of brilliant but super easy features and client friendly with features like Apple Pay and push notifications

Cons

Truly, no complaints at all! A referral system would be great to receive incentive?

Very happy. I wish i could change expiry dates even when packages have been bought. I have to individually extend peoples packages

Pros

Ease of use for my clients, they are very happy. I've 70yr olds that have no problem with it.

Cons

If a client accidentally books the same class twice, they dont see that. I see it on my dashboard but not them. I think there should be a pop up window telling them they've already booked this class & is that correct, as i know they could do this to bring a friend but if its a mistake, they dont realise
