I spent the least amount of time doing my timetables and yet noticed a more engaging and profitable return. Says it all really, easy to use, very professional and a must for anybody looking to maximise their time in a very time consuming industry.

Pros

I think the software for LegitFit is excellent, I have never and either have my clients had any issues when using LegitFit. Anytime I’ve needed to enquire about anything \[sensitive content hidden\] was always there. Very easy man to get on with, very understanding and genuinely wants to help you get the best out of using LegitFit.

Cons

There wasn’t much to dislike in LegitFit, I guess having a few separate calander for different trainers but under the same roof would be ideal.

Easy learning curve with the platform. Easy to use on multiple devices, makes managing schedules and memberships easy on the move. Very reliable and rarely wishing it was capable of more

"We've been with LegitFit since December 2024 and it's become a core part of how we run the business day to day. As we've grown and brought on new coaches, we've continued to find new ways to get more out of the platform. The automated messaging, attendance reporting and client management tools have all played a big part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes as the team has expanded. What works particularly well for us is having everything in one place. We operate across multiple locations with a growing coaching team and LegitFit keeps it all ticking over without having to jump between different systems or platforms. Bookings, payments, client communications, it's all there. It's intuitive, well thought out and has genuinely simplified how we run the business as we scale. We're already seeing the benefit and we're only continuing to find more ways to make the most of it."

Since starting with LegitFit 6 years ago, managing the business has become so much easier. Before, I was doing everything manually including managing booking requests through Instagram and Facebook, chasing cancellations, trying to keep on top of waitlists myself. It was taking up so much of my time and headspace. Now clients book and cancel themselves, and if a spot opens up in a fully booked session, LegitFit automatically notifies whoever's next on the waitlist. I don't have to lift a finger so the system handles it all. I can easily see how my business is performing at a glance and those two things alone has been a massive relief. Whenever I've had an issue, the support team have been straight on it and it's sorted quickly. It just gives me the freedom to focus on what I actually opened this business for, helping my clients feel better and live better. LegitFit has genuinely been a big part of helping us grow to where we are today. I can't imagine going back.

Pros

The team and help I receive. The customer service is excellent as I am poor with tech and they have always been on hand to assist from day one as we have continued to grow our business. That is invaluable to me as a business owner.

Cons

I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Any issues they continue to solve and are always trying to improve their product for the gym owner.

Pros

I took over managing PFS Carlow about a year ago and getting up to speed with LegitFit was honestly one of the easiest parts of the transition. It's a really straightforward platform to get your head around and day to day it just works with bookings, payments, memberships, all handled without any hassle. Running a small group personal training facility means keeping a close eye on how things are performing and the reporting side has been really useful for that. Everything I need to make sure the place is running well is right there without having to go digging for it. Any time I've had a question the support team have been brilliant with quick responses and always helpful. Overall it's made managing the business side of things a lot simpler and gives me more time to focus on what actually matters, the members. I've been dealing with \[sensitive content hidden\] and I can't say enough good things about it.

Brilliant from start to set up- the demo was really informative and we always have our questions answered

The user interface, it’s so easy to figure out and quick & simple which is so important to us, especially whilst running a business, we wanted something that helped us improve operations, which we have gotten with legitfit

We don’t really have any cons at the moment- all is working great and we are really happy we moved to legitfit

The best decision I made was choosing this app, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I’m very satisfied with how it helps me track classes, schedules, payments, and reports, and my clients are also very happy with it. I’ve been teaching for over 30 years, and after using the app for the past year, I can finally say that I manage to get paid for all my classes.

Pros

It made it easier for me to manage membership payments and keep track of who paid and when. It has also saved me money because the app automatically charges the membership fee once the agreed period expires. Before, I struggled to keep accurate records, and members would ask for refunds if they didn’t use their sessions

Cons

Everything is fine for me. If I had to point something out, it would be that I’m currently using the app in English, while I’m from Croatia. Since I live in a tourist city, most people understand English, and I also understand that the app can’t be available in every language. However, this might make it a bit more difficult, in my case, to use for the older population.

I’ve have been using LegitFit in my gym and it has been a game-changer for the way I manage things and also my members experience. One of the standout aspects, which I thought was going to be more of a gimmick, are the AI features. I was sceptical of it to begin with, but found that it really sped up how I programmed and even helped me put my PARQ together in seconds. Would definitely recommend this to people! Other areas it helped, especially compared to my last provider, which I became increasingly frustrated with, was helping to streamline the scheduling, provide useful insights on revenue, importantly I can ID at-risk members, and the communication tools were brilliant. They alone allowed me to reduce my costs of using a separate marketing software and allowed me to move away from WhatsApp. So now my phone isn't going off at all hours. My members find it just as simple to use, whether they’re booking classes, cancelling, checking remaining credits, and even messaging me with questions. The onboarding process was also seamless. The thought of migrating my existing member base and payment data from a different system was a big worry and a reason why I put it off for so long. To be fair to \[sensitive content hidden\] in the onboarding team, it was so much more straightforward than I was expecting and gave clear directions at every step - another thing I haven't gotten in the past! My account was ready to go within days too. Even setting up a demo was very quick and easy, so thanks to those who rang me minutes after filing out the form 😅 The support has been excellent too. Anytime I’ve had a question, I got a response quickly from \[sensitive content hidden\] , instead of having to wait 24-48 hrs. It never feels like you’re left figuring things out on your own, which makes a massive difference when running a busy business. I also really appreciated the advice I received around pricing structures and building out my business model. It wasn’t just about the software. \[sensitive content hidden\] , my account manager, took the time to understand my business and offer insights that have genuinely helped improve how I operate and generate revenue. Overall, LegitFit delivers on all fronts and I highly recommend it and encourage anyone to reach out to me with questions. The AI features, ongoing support, ease of use for my members and me, the migration of payment and member details from a previous provider, the onboarding, and the business advice I got

Cons

None that come to mind. The only downside is that I didn't get started sooner but that was my own fault. I was too worried about the migration and transition but it was simple!

Pros

I love how LegitFit makes running my studio simple and pain-free, allowing me to spend more time coaching rather than being stuck in processes and data. My clients enjoy the ability to book their classes in a simple and efficient way and love recording their workout metrics. The customer service is outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble for the team. The software design is clean and user-friendly. The onboarding team, especially Bella, was incredibly helpful in setting our system up and walking us through how everything works. The initial setup was incredibly easy.

Cons

I havent come across anything I don't like about the software yet, which is rare as theres usually something.

good but most of the learning to set it up was heavily reliant on the client having to most of the set up and then review at the next meeting.

Pros

booking system is helpful and easy to use. Good to have the timetable option to embed and this made it look more professional

not able to add general link to join the legitfit system as a potential client without having to make a booking
