We have been using Ezus for the past 7 months and so far we are very satisfied with the platform. It helps us create professional and visually appealing travel proposals efficiently while keeping all information centralized. The tool is intuitive and continues to improve, making it a valuable solution for our team.

Pros

It helps us keep all the information in one place and saves our team a lot of time. The platform is quite intuitive and practical for our daily work.

Cons

In the beginning the platform felt a bit complex when starting to use it, and some features take time to fully understand. However, once you get used to it, it becomes much easier to work with. Some tools for managing group travel (GIR type groups) are still missing but they are working on that.

It's been really good, I love their customer service; it's very personalized and they're always attentive to any questions we have.

Pros

The Ezus system is very easy to integrate with our company's internal system; it has a lot of versatility that helps with the rapid integration of processes.

Cons

I would say that what needs improvement is reaching 1 month of integration, in order to implement it as quickly as possible.

Pros

Ezus correspond exactement à nos attentes chez l'Appel du Voyage. Le service client est excellent : réactif et de qualité. Les développeurs améliorent constamment le produit pour en faire un outil pratique, facile d'utilisation et complet mais surtout pour en faire un outil qui nous aide a proposer des devis de qualité à nos clients. Les propositions font toujours un effet "wow". La fonctionnalité Finance est aussi essentielle. Ce n'est pas juste un outil de devis mais un CRM et logiciel de gestion très complet.

Rien, tout est parfait pour notre utilisation de la gestion des clients aux propositions de voyage et à la partie finance.

Our experience with Ezus has been extremely positive. The platform adapts well to our needs, the support is outstanding, and the continuous improvements show a clear commitment to their users’ success.

Pros

The high level of customization was a key factor in choosing Ezus over other platforms. It gave us the flexibility we needed to adapt the system to our unique workflows. From the start, the Ezus team was responsive and committed to continuous improvement. They supported us every step of the way during the migration from our previous system, making the transition smooth and efficient. While some features were initially missing, many of them have since been implemented thanks to their ongoing updates. The team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. Even when a specific feature isn’t available yet, they always propose viable alternatives and keep us informed about upcoming enhancements. The platform is also very stable, which gives us confidence in using it daily. A standout feature has been the traveler presentations. With customizable templates tailored to our brand and preferences, and the helpful support of their team, we’ve noticed a clear improvement in how clients receive our proposals. They also keep the proposals updated to stay aligned with changing times. Ezus has genuinely improved the way we present our trips.

Cons

Some features we initially needed weren’t available. However, the team has addressed most of them through regular updates and is clearly committed to ongoing development.

The technical team is also available to provide assistance and answer questions. Top-notch tool and service

We’re very satisfied with this software. The support team is outstanding, and the platform is easy to learn. Having everything we need in one place—and the option to manage multiple brands—is a big plus. The client portal is another excellent feature we can offer our travelers.

Pros

The interface is excellent and very user-friendly. We can upload just the right amount of data and planning information, keeping everything in one place with software that has only a small learning curve—exactly what we need. The assistance is top-notch as well: we have a dedicated customer-support manager, and \[sensitive content hidden\] is both incredibly helpful and wonderfully patient. A bonus for us (we’re based in Italy): she speaks perfect Italian.

Cons

Everything is great; it would be perfect if we could generate digital invoices directly in the software—at the moment, it only produces courtesy copies.

We were a bit lazy at first, but now everything is going well. We are learning every day how to use its full potential, how to reduce the time it takes to prepare programs, and how to store all our tailor-made products.

The trainers and supporting staff are always ready to assist us and answer any questions we may have.

The only thing is to learn to think like Zeus to use it to its full potential and adapt our way of working to it. But we should do the same with any other platform!
