I use playbook for my favorite fitness instructors workout program. I can track my progress and just easily follow along at the gym!

Pros

Playbook has really given me my money’s worth. I like that I can just have it open next to me while I’m doing my workout!

Cons

There isn’t much I don’t like beside that I can’t play music directly in the app. I think that’d be more convenient.

When I arrived in my role, Playbook immediately was a problem as we had difficulty in reconciling any finances. We worked with them for a few months to try and see upgrades in the system, they were responsive, but ultimately unable to correct the massive issues. NonProfits with audit requirements should STEER CLEAR for this reason.

Pros

It was very easy to use to register individuals, and customer service was always very responsive and helpful.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. The financial reporting was nearly impossible to reconcile, which they admitted. If you give any sort of discount or financial aid it doesn't register within your accounting tab, and it makes a difficult time! Additionally, refunds were a major issue for us, as they often weren't reflected in totals.

Overall it’s great for processing payments for all of our gym members and having different membership types. It could use some tweaking on making accounts more user friendly for members and coaches.

It is great for processing payments for gym members. It’s fairly simple to set up on the owner side and the clients side.

Cons

This platform isn’t very user friendly for members and coaches. You have to go through multiple steps to access things in the account.

I had a terrible experience with this company and am in the process of evaluating legal action.After we decided to use this product and paid for it, as we got deeper into the details it was determined that this would not be a good fit. They sold us on capabilities that turned out not to be available.We paid upfront as they really sold us on their product, and when we realized that it could not meet our needs we decided not to move forward.It is certainly our fault that we were sold on it and paid upfront, but clearly the management - from the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] all the way to the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in sales, sold us a lie.They give a very good appearance of being a customer oriented company but clearly they are not. Do not be fooled, stay away from this company.

Playbook has been great to work with. The registration and league management software is intuitive and well-designed. The people are the best. Clear and efficient training and incredibly friendly, rapid and high-quality user-support. They’ve followed through on everything that was promised during sales and are making my life as leage president so much easier.
