I don't really use it as much as in the past, because Displai already has many of the same templates and abilities. Pros Once I figured out how to use well, I have been able to utilize efficiently to make slides and more for our Displai (previously Raydiant) system, and show on our monitor and in our Orientations. They have a lot of templates to work with as well. Cons Took me a while to get good at it and to be able to create my own items. I also felt like many of the templates were already available on Displai. However, I’m deeply disappointed with their customer service. My MacBook Pro was irreparably damaged due to an overheating issue that seems directly linked to using their platform, which I’ve reported to their team multiple times. Despite explaining the situation and seeking an amicable solution (even just a used MacBook to replace the one I lost), I haven’t received any response to my recent emails. It’s frustrating not to be heard, especially when such a serious issue has caused significant damage and forced me to cover unexpected costs.
