Vestwell seems to be continually finding ways to streamline things throughout the last 2 years that I've been using it. Pros Love that it interfaces with our payroll software. That has eliminated a lot of time spent on uploading payroll/deductions. Cons It doesn't always sync or recognize headings from a .csv correctly. That said, it's easy to fix within the Vestwell software. No paperwork to set anything up. Pros Very easy to use as an administrator and a user. It integrates with out payroll provider so employees can opted in and update their 401K at their own leisure. Finding your portfolio is a snap and I think its cool that there is webinars on the software to give you a better understanding of how to use vestwell.
