August 19, 2025 5.0 Having previously manually imputed all invoices and processed them manually this has been a revaluation. The time spend processing invoices has been vastly reduced. Pros The automation of Yooz, makes processing invoices quick and smooth. The warning that are given when there are duplicates, payment amount differ and other issues such as bank details are invaluable as when processing 1000's of invoices this can sometimes be missed. The integration into Sage to allow payments to be made quick and easy also saves time. The accounting records that are produced help to ensure that there are few errors and these are identified easily. The security of the invoices been sent to yooz and the ability to reply to these so you know that you are messaging the correct email account for inquiries for the invoice. Cons It is frustration that Yooz does not always learn from invoices and remembers setting that you may have only used once. Change is difficult at times but we must embrace new systems of work to keep up with the growing trends in business Pros So far it seems ok, it has been a bit of a learning curve but the system is steady but getting invoices through has been a bit slow at first but it is getting better, still some glitches to be ironed out Cons the time frame of invoices coming through from suppliers but this isn't down to the system but the suppliers.
