The program is great, it covere anything and everything we can think of for our rental business. Along with the program, the customer service is amazing.

Pros

The value, you pay very little for a great program and their customer service is amazing, very quick to reply and there is nothing they haven’t been able to do.

Cons

There is nothing I can think of that I don’t like about Reservety The service is amazing and the customer support is second to none

\- Reservety offers a fully integrated rental management solution, giving me everything they need in one platform. - The support team responds impressively fast and provides clear, helpful guidance. - Since using Reservety, reservations, payments, and customer communication have become much more efficient. - The system reduces errors and saves valuable time, allowing me to focus more on the customers.

Cons

\- Mobile app would be a valuable addition. - Integration with accounting software could be a nice additional step.

Any issues I've encountered have been resolved swiftly, and I've never had to follow up multiple times for the same issue. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing the best service possible. The only minor downside, the time difference, is far outweighed by the quality and efficiency of their support. I highly recommend Reservety for anyone seeking reliable, responsive hosting services.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Reservety is their exceptional customer support and proactive communication. Whenever I've had an issue, they’ve been incredibly quick to respond and resolve it—usually with minimal delay. Their team is knowledgeable, efficient, and consistently provides clear, detailed updates. The responsiveness of their support team, despite being in a different time zone, has made working with them a smooth and stress-free experience. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction, and it really sets them apart from other hosting providers.

Cons

The only minor challenge I've encountered is the time difference, as their work hours are 8-10 hours ahead of mine. This occasionally means that I may need to wait for a response during off-hours, but honestly, their team is so prompt in addressing issues that it's rarely an inconvenience. They’ve done a great job of making sure I never feel left in the dark, despite the time zone difference.

Reservety is an easy way to manage my rental business and inventory and has all the features I need.

Pros

Reservety is by far the best value rental software available. The features included in even the lowest plan have literally everything to manage a small rental website and has higher plans with more features for larger companies. I have found it very easy to use as I don't know code, and I can fine tune minor details on every page including fonts, spacing, delivery by postcode - amazing! I can manage my inventory with ease and can block out holidays or sick days in a moment. The customer support is lightning fast and very helpful. Reservety really is the best rental software I have found, having tried quite a few now.

Cons

Nothing to not like about Reservety. Anything I have had a minor issue with was quickly fixed by their team.

It meets the needs of my business and in some cases exceeds them. The support team assisted with customization that create a unique niche. The software has all the bells and whistles to assist with managing my business.

Pros

The onboarding process went smoothly. The website template was easy to maneuver, and the support team was extremely helpful. The all in one platform is extremely useful, you're able to create/monitor bookings as well as create reports for sales. An overall great product at a reasonable cost.

Cons

Some functionality needs to be built out such as creating a product within an order. Some areas can be a bit more user friendly such as creating add-ons

The system functions well, it's easy to use and straight forward. They are helpful with completing tasks and answering questions regarding my website. The best website host I've ever experienced.

Pros

They are very helpful in completing tasks that I need finished to help move my website along and they respond quickly to my questions.

Cons

I wish we could set a delivery radius by zip code so we can charge different delivery fees per each individual zip code rather than an overall Max distance radius.

Our business has been with Reservety for years now. We wanted to give it some time before writing a review so that we had the full range of experiences under our belt. From website development to years later, the experience has been phenomenal. As a small business, it's always a little nerve-racking to hire a vendor, especially anything internet-related, as there are a lot of fly-by-night peddlers (and we've come across our fair share), but Reservety stands apart from all the others. It truly is top-notch. We have been absolutely thrilled with the experience and highly recommend it for anyone else considering among the myriad of other vendors out there.

Amazing from start to finish! And they also made a point to confirm that they are still there to provide support should it be needed, even post the initial set-up stage. Very glad I found this company!

Pros

The team at Reservety are really great!! They replicated my current website for the product pages, and also added in a lot of functional aspects my previous website couldn't do! It has made for a much sleeker and easier website for my customers & suppliers, whilst saving us a lot of admin hours through automation! They work very hard to meet all your requests & changes and always reply promptly. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!

Cons

Takes a little time to get your head around using the system, but the team are always on hand to make changes for you / show you how to do it! I really cannot fault anything!
