The old version of the software worked well, but LS 2 has had connection issues for the past 2 years. Even with Version 1's troubles, it was a great value and service for helping us retrieve client check images and statements. Cons Version 2 came with massive price hikes and we lost the ability to retrieve check images for well over a year. They brought back check images as an additional fee, on top of their already increased price hikes. We removed all of our clients, 1 year later we started receiving bills for a $34.90 minimum monthly fee when our account was inactive for over a year. To me that is the most important feature four our side of the use of LedgerSync. Pros So far the connections our clients have set have stayed stable. The ability to have them text a code for the occasional connection break is one our clients really like. Cons Need more than just banks a credit cards, merchant service statements and payroll. No doubt theya re working on it.
