​Per quanto riguarda l’esperienza maturata all’interno della Divisione che sto seguendo, relativa all’implementazione del software Zucchetti per l’area Presenze, non posso che esprimere una valutazione più che positiva. All’inizio eravamo molto scettici e un po’ preoccupati nell’intraprendere questo percorso, ma il professionista che ci ha seguito si è rivelato​ una figura estremamente competente sotto ogni profilo, oltre che una presenza cordiale, disponibile e collaborativa.

Pros

​Il supporto fornito è stato ​o​ttimo: l’implementazione dell’area è avvenuta senza particolari difficoltà e il tecnico che ci ha accompagnato durante la gestione si è dimostrato molto preparato e sempre tempestivo nella risoluzione di qualsiasi anomalia. Per noi è stato fondamentale essere affiancati da una figura così qualificata, che ci ha permesso di raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati nei tempi stabiliti. L’applicativo offre un’ampia gamma di funzionalità ed è altamente personalizzabile. Il gestionale risulta ​molto intuitivo ​ed è​, inoltre​, possibile attivare l’app per smartphone per tutti i dipendenti, rendendo così l’utilizzo ancora più pratico ed efficiente.

Cons

Per prendere piena confidenza con l’applicativo e comprenderne appieno tutte le potenzialità, è necessario dedicare del tempo alla formazione e alla comprensione di tutte le casistiche.

Esperienza positiva, l'introduzione al programma e la familiarizzazione con le sue funzionalità è stata facilitata dal supporto di un professionista abile e presente.

Pros

Precisione e velocità nel calcolo delle ore lavorate, flessibilità nell'inserimento di personalizzazioni di voci e profili orari. Alto grado di interattività garantito da un'app funzionale e di facile utilizzo.

Cons

L'interfaccia a livello visivo potrebbe essere ancora più intuitivo. Suggerisco di sviluppare la schermata iniziale di HR-Workflow in verticale anziché in orizzontale (magari inserendo più opzioni in alto a sinistra anziché direttamente nella pagina iniziale).

Decisamente positiva, in quanto ha ridotto di molto i tempi che prima occorrevano per gestire le attività legate all'amministrazione del personale

Le numerose particolarità configurabili e personalizzabili che contribuiscono a rendere l’utilizzo della piattaforma più funzionale, efficiente e adatto alle diverse esigenze degli utenti

Cons

L'interfaccia "admin" include molte funzionalità che talvolta rendono più lungo il percorso per trovare la funzione che si necessita

E' un gestionale completo, predisposto ad elaborazioni varie. Possibilità anche di gestire (Acquistato anche ZTravel) il commerciale esterno

E' un gestionale non intuitivo e di difficile comprendimento. Abbiamo dovuto fare più corsi interni per spiegarlo ai dipendenti Molte schermate sono uguali, stesse voci ma in pagine diverse. Le nostre procedure interne applicate al gestionale Zucchetti non sono state immediate, ma ci sono volute più e più segnalazioni. Il Vs. personale non è accessibile telefonicamente ma solo per mail e risponde giorni dopo.

Mi è piaciuto come è stato condotto il progetto dal consulente applicativo che l'ha seguito: \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\], tecnico molto competente e disponibile che ci ha guidati in un progetto molto complesso su numeriche importati. E' stato fatto un ottimo lavoro!

Interfaccia utente migliorabile così come la reportistica, ma questo è indipendente dall'ottimo lavoro effettuato dal consulente.
