I think it's great and defiantly provides us with an easy way to gather reviews from our patients.

Pros

We started utilizing the Doctilbe service so we could easily gather Google reviews from our exiting patients. We went from only having 5 Google reviews to 99 5 start reviews. We also have the reviews connected to our website as a testimonials page and have over 900 5 star reviews there as well.

Cons

My biggest problem with the software is the fact that we still had a lot of people simply entering a review with Doctible but not taking the extra step to visit Google. I spoke to a rep today and apparently there has been a change on that format. I'm excited that the new text will provide us with even more great google reviews.

It has been a game changer for us communication with our patient and also to manage recalls and appointment reminders. Support is always helpful and professional.

Pros

User friendly platform, you get suggestions for number of reminders that should go out but can easily change it if needed. Templates are easy to change, and to upload photos. The morning email will let you know how many unconfirmed patients we have for the next few days so you can focus on those. Many patients prefer text messaging, and this allows us to meet their needs.

Cons

If you need technical support, it is not 24 hrs./ at times you have to wait a few hours until they open since we are clearly not in the same time zone.

If I could I would give this company 0 stars. There is something fishy about them. They have completely veiled their contact numbers, their emails, and any attempt to reach anyone with decision making authority is futile. We yielded to their way too aggressive, over-the-top offer of trying their patient communicator system for 30 days, and by day 28 we had encountered a technical problem that was disastrous for our patients, ie showing up on the wrong day and the wrong time. Like I mentioned above, getting ahold of anyone directly was futile and it took two days from the time we encountered this glitch to reach anyone, both y telephone and email. From that point on, it took another 13 days to get a ticket issued for technical support. By then, we are out of the 30-day trial period, and we have run out of patience to try to reach them. They are unyielding in nullifying our contract and refunding our money, so now we will take this up with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, BBB, and all noteworthy and reputable dental associations. Consumer beware... this is a company that is run by a bunch of unprofessional amateurs, plagued by false advertising and their website is filled with inaccuracies. Probably wont be in business much longer than the 13 month contract signed.

Not one thing. It messed up our patient recall and reminder efforts

In my personal experience Doctible is the best review platform out there. We left Doctible twice, not because we weren't happy, but because our management software offered us the ability to send patient reviews included in the cost of what we were paying. We thought financially it made sense to leave because of this; however, both times we were highly disappointed and came back to Doctible. Our practice is in a highly competitive market and it is important to maintain a visible online presence. With our previous company we received very few reviews during our time with them and upon switching back to Doctible we immediately began averaging between 4-7 Google reviews a week. We have learned our lesson not once, but twice and will not be leaving again!

Pros

Doctible is user friendly - not only for our business in sending reviews, but for our patients to receive them and go straight to the review platform to review us or leave feedback that comes directly back to us.

Cons

There is nothing that I would change in their review platform.

Cons

Unable to attach a photo or picture to a text, but I believe you updated this. It would also be nice if the campaigns would do a text blast instead of just email.

Good. Customer support can be hard to get on the phone, but the chat feature is great.

Pros

We love being able to text our patients. Many times they'll answer a text when they won't answer a phone call

Cons

Appointment reminders can be customized by appointment type, but only if you choose from our pre-loaded list of appointment types. If you free-type an appointment type for an odd situation, Doctible loses that customization and won't do the specific reminders you had set up.

This experience has been overall a great experience. The rep has been great and responsive, the customer services has been great and quickly responsive to anything we need and the get detailed information from us to ensure we have it right the first time! This takes a huge relief off of my shoulders as I have so much I already do day to day.

Pros

I love the simplistic fashion in which our patient surveys are quick and easy for them to use and for our team to use. It has helped us with our reviews, receiving more raw feedback and the website messenger has helped with our community and patients inquiring about us and our services to give people options. This has helped with those who aren't fond of phone calls anymore.

Cons

The software had opened us up or made us possibly have issues with malware/viruses but Doctible seemed to have acted quickly and moved forward to take care of the issue.

Reason for choosing Doctible

No contracts and the simplistic ease of use. The no contract was big for us as we did not want to buy into the unknown so the services you offered as did SolutionReach but without a contract made it simple. We felt confident in our decision because if Doctible didn't live up to their word on services, then we could simply go elsewhere. Whereas, others we felt if we didn't like it, we would have been stuck. We are happy we made the choice that we did!

### "Do Not Sign their contract!!"

Their two page contract allows them to NOT BE liable for any errors of their part, but yet they will not allow you to exit the contract early. If you sign a one year contract, it automatically renews, and then you can't get out of it without sending in writing, 30 days before contract expires, your cancellation. Now we are stuck with Doctible until July 2024! Not fair when they didn't hold up to their agreement to provide a service to our office. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THEM, but I don't think anyone should do business with cheaters, liars, and contracts that you can't get out of.

Pros

Price was more reasonable than Revenuewell and Lighthouse 360

Cons

They hold no responsibility for their errors in syncing with our Eaglesoft system. Patients are confirming appointments and then it doesn't indicate on our schedule. They claim to have corrected this issue several times, but it keeps happening. Patients get aggravated that we call them to remind them of their appointments when they have already confirmed through Doctible, but Doctible didn't change on our schedules.

### "Online reviews are so important"

Our experience has been great. They call and check in a couple times a year to make sure everything is going well. They have other products that we don't use because our in house software does them, but they still check to see if we want to try any of them. The few times we have had questions they have been quick to help us. I have already recommended them to several other practices.

Pros

Doctible is easy. Easy to set up, use and maintain. We already had a great reputation after being here for 40 years, but people don't always go and add their own review without being asked. Doctible worked with our software to ask our patients, via text or email, for feedback and to review our practice after their visit. People started leaving reviews and we now have over 1000 between google and Facebook. Most reviews were great, a couple weren't, but either way it gave us a chance to engage with the patients and try to improve when needed. As the world goes more and more digital it is vital to have reviews to give potential new patients the information they need to decide if we would be a good fit for them. I rarely have to make changes to doctible, but on the rare occasion someone asks to be taken off the review list, it is easy to do.

Cons

Hmm. Hard to think of one. I wish it were free? Or less expensive? It is still well worth it.

They are continually innovating the product and innovating at the correct speed as to not compromise on ease of use with the user - and simplicity of communication techniques with the patients. Very impressed with their progression over the years - the competitive price and the amazing customer service. I have offered many times to work there :)

Cons

Nothing is wrong with software - but next time a rep calls me, make sure to research my previous conversations and overall happiness with my experience with Doctible. You don't have to be "salesy" with us - we are 100% Doctible loyal.

So far so good easy to use and customize bulk messages or messages in general very user friendly and easy to keep an eye on reviews so that we can be proactive if a patient did not have a good visit.

Pros

Doctible is user friendly and customizable. I love the sms feature more often than not you get a response from patients quicker than you would be able to actually speak with them if you try calling and leaving a message.

Cons

Not much I can say that I dislike; other than if a patient cancels or we cancel an appointment and it is the day of patients sometimes still get reminders about the appointment but that is the only thing that comes to mind. We have adapted and tell them to disregard any future reminders for the specific appointment.

Ease of contacting patients and excellent customer service!

Pros

Doctible has served as a great way to communicate with patients. Firstly, the Patient Communicator gives us the ability to schedule appointments, get insurance information, send recalls, and send patient reminders. Additionally, the Review Management feature allows us to request patients to leave reviews on Google, monitor these reviews, and receive feedback. Finally, the customer service is phenomenal. The company checks in to make sure that the services are working and is consistently available to answer any questions that we have when using the services. I highly recommend this company, as it is a great way to connect with patients and improve our business.

Even though we have older patients who may not use this texting app, our business was in GREAT need to be able to communicate with approx. 75% of our patients without calling them, which younger generations find annoying. So i feel that we have been able to keep our younger patients coming to our office.

Pros

Beside the obvious of being able to confirm patients, remind them of Recall etc. I find it VERY helpful to communicate with patients quickly concerning insurance questions, referrals etc. instead of calling them and leaving messages which often go unheard and un-responded to.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to un-send a text quickly if it was in need of being edited or to the wrong patient.

Doctible has provided an excellent return on investment. The positive Google reviews are money. We are now getting new patients who when I asked who referred them they are saying "great online reviews." Another plus is if a patient wants to leave a negative review, it goes directly to me the owner instead of being posted online so I get a chance tor respond. Overall we went from about a 3.5 star average rating on Google to about a 4.9 now!

Pros

I like that it makes it so easy to get surveys to patients in order to get reviews. You can always ask someone to give you a good review online, but that is hit or miss. With Doctible they automatically get a prompt for a review with the option to post on Google, Yelp or Facebook, so that makes it really easy to do.

Cons

I have so many reviews linked to my website, that I would be Ok to stop that part of the program if it saved me a few bucks.
