The ease of use is definitely a plus The occasional glitches are sometimes tough to deal with but for sure one of the easiest platforms ive used.. Pros Its a great program to use and oretty easy to navigate. Doesnt rske long to learn how to use and find your way around. Cons The fact that its web based has its pros and cons for sure. The biggest downside is the bugs it has ans the fact that it has its days when it crashes and does odd things. I wish we had spent more time testing it before we committed. The patient chart layout is nice and the software has potential if they would only hire a development team committed to actually working on the product. Pros Patient chart is simple and displays everything in one place and in chronological order. Super customizable SOAPs. Macros (quick texts) to speed up record and discharge writing. Cons Literally everything else. So many features we were promised either aren't fully developed yet or don't actually work for real world use. Tons of bugs. Every time we report a problem to support, they tell us it doesn't exist and to work around it. New features and integrations released that aren't fully developed and don't work properly. Multiple "coming soon" pages within the software where they launched a page/feature without actually building it yet. Frequent outages with certain features. Implementation team adds a ton of fake clients, patients, locations, and providers to your system for "testing" that you can't delete later. Implementation team made tons of errors when adding our clients, patients, and macros that I spent hours fixing manually. Online booking requires the client to receive an access code via email - when it didn't work and codes weren't received while testing during implementation, the implementation team just shrugged and told us to work around it!!! And they expect you to pay extra for online booking! I could go on and on.
