I use this software everyday in my clinic and I have enjoyed it. It's important in my position to be able to complete charting quickly between patients, and I have had no problems with Juvonno.

Pros

\- Easy to navigate on both PC and mobile - The tool bar makes it easy to jump between features like schedule, patient info, and charting - Charting templates help me keep a detailed record of my treatments

\- I would enjoy to have some shortcuts in the charting to add special characters like arrows

It has been fun learning the system and seeing how amazing and adaptable the application is.

Pros

Learning Juvonno has honestly been one of the easiest applications I have ever used. Very user friendly and the support chat and help center are so easy to use and incredibly helpful. Answers right at your finger tips. Love the reports and how detailed you can make them. Customizing to what you need.

Cons

I wish the calendar would show the practitioners at the top and hold them in place as you scrolled. You currently can only see their names at the top or bottom.

These guys are fraud. They took whole years advance payment for my 5 locations and promised me if I didn’t like it will refund if decided within 3 months. 1 month later decided I did t like it they only gave back $2700. I gave them $6100. Theif. Be careful never give them wholes years in advance. Month by month so if you do t like it you can reject it.

None. Complicated form day one. Staff not helpful.

Cons

They are the Cons. They will say one thing on the phone to get your business and then will write in invoice please read small print policy. Will take them to small claims to show how bad these guys are and can’t get away with it.

Dear Clients, Prior to selecting any software you should always read and review the Terms of Service. We post this on our website, on our invoices and require the client to review and electronically consent to them prior to beginning with Juvonno. We also offer a discounted rate for annual payments which was taken advantage of in this case. We work hard to help our clients with their onboarding. We supply training hours, data import services (usually takes between 3-4 hours per clinic) ,and Q&A sessions for the clinic. When implementing a solution, particularly for a multi-clinic implementation you should ensure you have a staff member who has the time and skills to manage the project and more importantly will show up for their training sessions. We are willing to support our clients as much as possible to achieve a smooth transition. Implementing a new EMR system is a major endeavour. We focus on building strong relationships as we know our clients will use Juvonno for years to come.

Juvonno charges based on the number of cocurrent users, rather than the number of practitioners. This unique pricing model saves business owner money, especiallying when having multiple part-time staffs.

We are experiencing more billing errors than we used to have when we billed directly through TELUS.

Nothing but good things to say about Juvonno, and I've encouraged other providers to reach out and take a look at their program.

Pros

Juvonno is such a user-friendly system. I've trained multiple staff and associates on the program without issue, regardless on if they are technically savvy or not. They are a local company that knows our industry's needs, and are constantly upgrading features. They are also very easy to get in touch with when issues arise.

Cons

I have limited cons of note for Juvonno. Any concerns I have had have been taken into consideration and fixed along the way.

I find the overall usage of Juvonno easy, accessible, and very user friendly. It is customizable to each particular organization and the payment portals are easy for both clients and admin to use and track. I would definitely recommend this program.

Pros

I love the functionality of all scheduling, the grouping of clients, and the ability to run insurance through Telus E-Health directly through the program. The Juvonno Pay portal is easy to use and navigate, and makes taking credit card payments easy. The team at Juvonno is always helpful and kind. There are so many ways to customize the experiences of not only our practitioners but also the admin team, and it's well worth every penny.

Cons

I don't really have any notable cons to mention. I find the user experience quite nice.

Since I am a sole proprietor, I use the basic functions, which work perfectly and I enjoy the online booking feature. There are a lot of features included in this program that would be very efficient for multi-dimensional clinics. For example: colour coding for different session times and practitioners.

Pros

The ease and efficiency of this program. I have been in practice for 30 years and have been with Juvonno since the beginning and have seen all the growth of this company. I also like the quick and efficient customer service.

Cons

Being inconvenienced at times during the many upgrades. At the most though it’s been only 24 hrs till issue is resolved. Also not being informed when the subscription fee has increased.

We love it and our patients love it. We love it because it makes managing our clinic so much easier and simplifies or eliminates many of the repetitive daily tasks that go into running a clinic. And our patients love the modern new experience that we can offer them -- with beautifully designed email receipts, a secure patient portal, automated email reminders, etc.

Pros

Where to start? It's easy to use, has excellent modern features, is safe (data fully encrypted), allows us to customize the way it works for our clinic, and they keep improving it and adding new features to keep it up to date. Another big thing is the fact that they brought in our data from our old software. This is huge, because we couldn't just start over from scratch. We have years of appointments, patient records, invoices, etc. that we needed to securely bring into our new software. Not every company was willing to do this because it takes extra work. But Juvonno did it, and we really appreciated it. Having to face the idea of moving our clinic to a new software was daunting, but moving to Juvonno was a great choice and very worth it for us. Highly recommended!

Cons

A few hiccups on initial setup & data import, but they supported and helped us through the process.

No complaints. Support is incredible, truly supportive. Feedback is taken well and implemented. Updates and constantly being made and the program itself is my first choice of EMR.

Pros

My biggest issue with other EMR softwares was that they were very restrictive, and what you could and couldn’t do. The ability modify, deny/allow, create through Juvonno is exceptional. Juvonno comm is incredible, it allows you to communicate among staff members, communicate with patients, send out newsletters and much more. Overall a very versatile program.

Cons

When you’ve reached maximum number of licenses allowed, the system doesn’t automatically log users out. It leaves them as inactive, that ends up clogging up the available users. It is not currently mobile friendly.

Sarah, thanks for your review and your feedback. Just a quick note: you can adjust how long a user has before they automatically get logged out after not being active in the system. Go to Settings > General > System and under the Other section adjust the time duration in Session Timeout. Once the user gets logged out a license will become available to other users. Juvonno is a very well thought out product, with process flows that match our business requirements. We are able to build our own reports and add reporting features which has helped our business grow by better understanding our Key Performance Indictors. The Juvonno team is responsive and very professional. We would recommend Juvonno to any business that would like to have the stability of a solid product while having the flexibility to add features as a business grows.

Pros

Juvonno has so many features that has helped our business grow. It is like they anticipated my business growth needs. Our favourite part of Juvonno is that we can create custom work flows and custom reports myself, without technical help. This has allowed our business to stay nimble as we grow.

Cons

Juvonno has a lot of extra features that we do not use, and we will work with Juvonno to turn these features off.

Reason for choosing Juvonno

Juvonno has a beautiful user experience. Juvonno was also able to easily add our custom forms. We were also able to brand the system with our logo, which was important to our clients.

We are very happy with Juvonno. We have several practitioners in our clinic, all using different programs (PMP, Setmore, Noterro). Juvonno has integrated all of us on their program. It's an all-in-one program, we are very happy. Custermer service is top notch, they are prompt with any inquiries.

Pros

We are a multidisciplinary company: Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. This program meets all our needs - easy online booking for the patients, electronic charting - including patient intake forms, soap notes etc., integrated direct billing with insurance and auto insurance, customization to what we need. They are Canadian based, familiar with our legislative requirements and they have phenomenal customer service.

Cons

It's overwhelming at first, especially if you are coming from a paper-based clinic to fully embracing the online/electronic route like us. It would be difficult to set up on your own. Having said that though, Juvonno has been exceptional with step-by-step guidance through it. It's well worth it.

I have been using Juvonno almost daily since starting my position 4 years ago, and I've been quite happy with the features they have and continue to expand upon in their well-communicated updates. Their help center is a great resource for both new staff training and for current employees to learn new features.

Pros

I like that Juvonno is a reliable system in terms of day-to-day usage, and that whenever we do have issues, they have a supportive tech team. The booking process is straight-forward and it has great features for communication between the clinic and patients, as well as messaging staff or leaving notes on the patient files.

Cons

The main feedback I have for suggestion is to add an option for detailed filtering when exporting patient charts (ex. practitioner, type of service, date, etc.), as this would be much more convenient for when we receive requests for charts with specific date ranges and we need each practitioner to review their own notes before sending.

No system is without its quirks, but knowing that Juvonno is receptive to feedback gives us confidence that any challenges we face will be addressed over time.

Pros

Juvonno is a very intuitive platform that makes managing daily clinic operations straightforward for both our administrative and clinical teams. Our practitioners frequently comment on how smooth and efficient the charting system is, which helps streamline their workflow. One standout feature is the real-time chat support. Responses are quick, and the staff is consistently helpful. The built-in Help Center is also a great resource, offering clear and detailed guidance when needed. What we appreciate most, though, is how open the Juvonno team is to user feedback; they genuinely seem to take suggestions seriously and are proactive about making improvements.

Cons

There are a few areas that could use refinement. For instance, the HCAI integration process feels overly complicated. To be fair, that may have more to do with the complexity of HCAI itself than with how Juvonno handles it. Tracking certain types of appointments, like MVA or WSIB, also isn’t as intuitive as we’d like. At our clinic, we’ve had to supplement this with an external Google spreadsheet to keep everything organized. Lastly, while the waitlist feature is a useful tool in theory, we’ve found it somewhat cumbersome to use and think it could be made more user-friendly.

Both Jane and Juvonno gave great presentations. At the time though Jane did not have Telus Health integration. So that was a deciding factor for our company, as having that feature was key.

These issues made it increasingly difficult to maintain efficiency and consistency in patient care, prompting us to look for a more reliable and user-friendly alternative.

Amazing. I always get help when I need it. Even for the smallest things. The team is incredible. The product is easy to use, good reporting and makes life easy.

Pros

Customer Service is A+++++. We have had it for over 10 years. We appreciate the growth of the product and needed developments.

Cons

They develop quickly and sometimes areas need fine tuning, before moving on. The clients seem to complain more than the staff/managers. But we still like using it.

Amazing product. I will absolutely be recommending this product to colleagues. I feel like I discovered a diamond in the rough (the rough being the world of EMR/platforms that currently exist and have dominated the market and are very costly).

Pros

I love that Juvonno has everything I need in one place--really minimizing the number of vendors I need to subscribe to. My patients have found it easy to use. The onboarding process was outstanding and the customer support has been impeccable. The price is very affordable.

Cons

I'm quite satisfied with the product overall, the lay-out for a cumulative patient profile is a bit different than I am used to, but not an issue. There were a couple of technical glitches with iPhones/Macs with video not being connected in web browser settings, but solutions avail and support with immediate responses and assistance.

I don't love that current pages need to be saved, sometimes twice. Booking and checking out need to better cross over.
