Cons The only thing we would want to see improved is the upload speed and refresh speed once a template has been created and amended. I reached out to support to move the account over to our MS tenant. The onboarding specialist immediately knew what we needed to do. We are in a vastly different timezone, he adjusted his time to meet with us early in his day. He scheduled everything to get the switch completed exactly when we needed it, even though we only gave him 3 days notice. On the day of the migration, I got an email 2 minutes after the scheduled time for the switch saying it was done. Meaning he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and confirmed it. It is scary how rare that is these days when dealing with vendors. My employees were able to test and see that everything worked so the migration has been seamless. \[sensitive content hidden\] was even able to give us some tips about things we wouldn't have even thought to ask. Pros The ease of use of the administration of the product and the helpfulness of the employees when help is needed. Cons The only experience I have with the product so far is setup, I do not use the product itself. I have no issues with the product itself. If there's ever a problem they jump right on it and get it solved. This problem saves me a ton of time. I highly recommend it to any company that wants to be more efficient. Pros I like being able to see when one of my emails has been opened. It really speeds up my daily efficiency, Cons I would like to be able to see which emails were not opened.
