It can be really useful for freelancers in developing countries where there are limited options. Pros Well, most payment platforms have a complex interface. Payoneer stands out with quite a simple and easy to use interface. It allows you to receive payment for your services from anywhere in the world. Users can request for a card for a fee. I'm yet to receive mine but I was convinced to apply for one after I saw the ease with which my friend transacted. Trust me, that mastercard makes life easier. And yes, you can also make money from referrals. A lot of money! Cons I'm positive the recent rebranding will bring some desirable changes because my biggest issue with Payoneer is the fees. No sweet way to say it, the fees are high as compared to other platforms. Also, there's a transfer limit of $50 in my country. This can be a positive thing though, especially when you are trying to control your spending. Customer service is poor at times and it takes a some time to get a favourable response when you have payment issues. I believe verification process can still be made better and easier at all times. Pros If you want to get your freelance website payments or even from any direct client, then Payoneer is the best solution. Payoneer allows you to make online payment transactions. You can get a MasterCard and this Debit card you can use anywhere in the world. Cons For me, Payoneer is awesome and incredible from every side. I never faced any issue using the Payoneer. Pros Payoneer is just wonderful for receiving payments regardless of your location, it's just perfect for freelancers. The layout is wonderful for easy navigation. I like the fact that a debit card is created for a new user the moment he signs up and that card will be delivered free of charge to the user's location, isn't that awesome? Also, the annual 30 dollars maintenance charge is pretty decent compared to the value and comfort they offer. Cons So far so good I haven't seen a feature I don't like on payoneer. If I find one I won't hesitate to share. They just started holding my payments for days, They didn't send any email that they need me to verify my line of business, and I will call their support, the world's slowest support I've ever encountered. I don't know what they do with the fees they charge us. But from their attitude, it looks like they don't want to grow. My experience with them was very bad. I will not recommend my friends to use them. Pros I like that it receives payments from Fiverr flawlessly. Nothing else in Payoneer is I ever feel useful than its integration to Fiverr. Cons Payoneer is very bad software, operated by the worst support team I've ever seen. They held my money for literally weeks even if they are sent by another Payoneer user. And they have a useless app too. You can just see your account balance through the app. It is almost impossible to live chat with the support team and if you really want to live chat you'll have to wait half an hour and most of the time more. They even held ID verification for more than 18 Days. The minimum time to them respond to a ticket is 3 business days and guess what they complete 3 days time before responding to your ticket.
