It is secure and got faster over the years. Pros It is easy to set up and you may set up multiple currencies at once to receive payments on local bank accounts without any incoming payment fee. Cons You can't transfer money to bank accounts. You can only pay by the Payoneer debit card (one per currency) or pay directly to a Payoneer account via email. You can't shift money to one currency to another. Sending money is more expensive than other solutions. Don't pay the registration fee!I opened an account to be able to get funds from Europe. But when trying to add a payer, the system would not allow me stating that it did not support this feature currently. The support team were unhelpful and could not assist and did not even reply to my queries. I then closed my account and requested a refund for the registration but they will not provide refunds for services they incorrectly say they can provide, but cannot!! Pros The branding looks attractive and convincing. Cons Their core service is not guaranteed, you need to pay a registration fee and although their service doesn't work as advertised, there are no refunds. Paypal sends only options for my country so I use my friends the US verified Paypal account but after some time they suspend it. When I ask for the removal of the limitation on my account they state that your account is on hold for 180 days and after that, you can withdrawal your current balance. Then I am creating a Payoneer account. Creating an account is a little bit lengthy but after creating, I have full control over my funds. Pros Payoneer provides me with the international bank details on which I can receive my freelance and affiliate earning. Payoneer expands my limit beyond the boundaries and helps me to receive my earning without any problems. Cons I like almost all the features provided by Payoneer but it is better if Payoneer allows us to receive personal transfer amount on Payoneer bank details. No worst customer service or just absolute basic service from any company i've ever tried to deal with. Great that they claim to have a product i might use until i try and use it and they make it impossible. Great business model. Glad i'm not an investor. Pros Reputable established U.S. company merely trying to establish acct to pay a Payoneer client freelancer and Payoneer keeps giving errors in set up with absolutely no ability to contact them to set up acct. Entirely a waste of time. Sad, as someone merely looking to pay someone with a credit card should not be so difficult to set up an account for given this is purely a tech company. Probably good because if there were ever a problem with my money or incorrect processing there appears absolutely no way to contact the company to get assistant, not through chat, email, call or any other means. Also, Payoneer works as an independent enterprise, with a Blog page for Freelancers to put their work, while one has access to work online on platform of Payoneer of other Freelancers, and a page of 'Enterprise' to access Freelance companies who offer work. It thus works, 'two-three' in one. Pros Payoneer is proved to be, at least in my opinion and that of others a great service provider to receive and send payments. I mostly use it to receive payments from outsourcers as Freelancer, and it'svery easy, actually simple to send money and receive money. Low fees apply for deduction, thus this does not bother anyone, on side of receiver, and Payoneer earns also at the same time. It has a Dashboard well and easily structured to find and arrange anything you want in order to receive your payment safely. Also, there are basically three options of currencies of payment, USD, EUR and GBP, and payee can choose the one preferred. The system can easily register all data of bank account in the country of destination, namely country of reception of money, and one of best options is that you can also request money from a Company, by also sending reminders. -Withdrawl can be made immediately upon reception of money, while an email, of Instant Notification is sent to email of receiver at the same time, and money arrives to the bank address of residence and reception of payee, in up to max. 3-5 days. Cons Actually I cannot say anything in this, many companies, who work online are also connected online to Payoneer, and with a min. of 10 Eur, payee can receive from them payment, from Companies who also make payment via platform of LSP. It makes my job much easier as a freelancer on different online freelancing websites. Cons Their excessive monthly maintenance fee is ridiculously much. Thirty dollars for what?
