Pros

I like its multiple payment method and its global reach. I can use it on my country Nepal as well as here In UK where i am living.

Cons

currency converion fee is a bit high compared to others .

noting, because our company want pay all freelancers with payoneer, and nothing works. we spent 10 hours time and the customer service wrote us already exact the same answer what helps uns noting. Worst customer service ever

customer service has no competence. we spent very much time for nothing. we cant send any payment. nothing, really nothing works

### "A disaster when you hit a glitch"

Maybe Payoneer is ok if you don't suffer any glitch in their system, but when you do, it's game over - you will lose. Their support are all bots - you will get the same response for weeks: in chat: "yes, we have all we need, I assure you we will resolve your issue", then later in email: "sorry, we could not resolve your issue, have a nice day". Escalation within the company is impossible, even via their formal complaints channel.

Creating an account was easy but getting a card was very complicated, especially since they asked me to receive my first payment before I could even start the application. Their Customer Support was slow and their agents kept bombarding me with predefined answers that had little or nothing to do with my questions.

Pros

There is frankly not much I like about Payoneer. I was forsed to use it for about a year due to a contract I did - and Payoneer was the only payment option. I guess I could say that the transactions were fast, but other than that, there's nothing positive I can think of.

High fees - especially for withdrawing funds from the ATM

There is no safety net with Payoneer and if the recipient is dodgy, you can say goodbye to your money. They will not offer assistance with claim backs.

Pros

Payments are easy to make and fast. It appears easy to use. If working with a reputable party it’s as easy to use as WISE.

Cons

Payoneer doesn’t offer any assistance if goods aren’t received. There is no ability to dispute a payment or open a chargeback. They state that ‘all payments are final’ and won’t assist in the case of any issues such as foods not being supplied.

It has been great, easy to use, the rates to withdraw money to Latam are great.

Pros

Easy to use, application is fast, intuitive.

Cons

If something happens with physical card is hard to block. Transfer to bank accounts in the US it's expensive should have better rates and not a percentage of the money transfer.

I used it to receive payments with a company I worked for for a couple of months, and to eventually receive payments or transfers from colleagues, it's great to have this platform for when you are in different currencies.

Pros

Easy way to receive international payments, with flexibility to send it anywhere you want. Great for when working for a company outside with a different currency.

Cons

It takes to long to receive the deposits to another bank account and the fees are high, but worth it.

If you have the opportunity to use alternative services, forget about Payoneer, otherwise you will have a lot of troubles, pain and wasted time. Payoneer sucks!

Pros

Nothing, payoneer payment system is just sucks.

Cons

The security system is paranoid, they force you to provide a bunch of documents (more than in a regular bank). The account is often blocked for strange reasons. It is impossible to make payments within the system (the stupidest limitation) Two-factor authentication does not work well; messages are often not sent, leaving you without access to your account at the most critical moment. Also, you are often forced to change your password, but since your account is blocked while changing the password, you have to solve this through the support service, which works very poorly

Reason for choosing Payoneer

It was the only choice for that time

it's a waste of time registering an account with them. If a country is restricted, them make a clear statements. when the account is blocked, then allow us registrant to make amend and make us understand. and you don't even have a live chat support for registered user. i would rate you a ZERO Star for inconvenience, how come 1 star is the lowest, you're support is way deep, are you guus all AI?

security wise they are very tight and the registration process

this apps sucks. no customer service to assists you. account blocked? ok i will understand but why? how can I resolve the issue. your support sucks big time.

Su cuota anual es demasiado alta. Y vaya, a menos que recibas pagos constantemente te conviene. Si no, en el primer momento que recibas un pago, se va a cobrar la cuota. Recibí un pago de 30 dólares y se cobró, Así que me quedé con .95 centavos de pago. Gracias, Al menos debió avisarme que iba a cobrar la cuota. Y no..

Pros

There are no payment fees if both you and your client are on Payoneer. Also, you can get debit cards in three currencies, so you can access your funds directly, without the need for wiring them to your local bank account.

Cons

I didn’t like that the mobile app is limited compared to the web version.

desde hace mas de un mes estoy intentando retirar un dinero y me han cancelado la cuenta 3 veces, la primera vez me dijeron que era porque los documentos estaban incompletos, la segunda vez me dijeron que era probable que los datos de mi cuenta bancaria eran falsos y la tercera me dicen que mi entidad bancaria no esta procesando el envío del dinero. Conclusión no he logrado trasferir el dinero, me dan la alternativa de una tarjeta en físico que vale $40 USD, lamentablemente no cuento con ese dinero, además tampoco me garantizan que con esa tarjeta yo pueda retirar,

Pros

I can receive and withdraw my money everywhere.

Cons

It could be expensive to transfer internationally if you dont have the debit card.

Very bad, no customer care operators and assistance. So many different email addresses. Its just so complicated ,its like trying to find a grain of rice in a field of wheat

Absolutely nothing.I struggled to register. The platform is user unfriendly.

Cons

After almost 2 years of using payoneer i one day was suddenly told that my funds couldnt be processed bacause the country that had issued me my passport was different from the country i was now residing in. If a Canadian goes to SouthAfrica that dient make them a SouthAfrican citizen, they will still need to use their Canadian Passport........why was i never told 2 years ago that this was going to be an issue when i opened my account. Besides that how come they could process my previous transactions without wanting the country on my passport to match the country i live in? I learnt a lesson never ever to go that route again nomatter how desperate. And when i asked them to transfer my money bank ,ohhh dear i had to write endless emails ,luckily the company that had send the money into my payoneer account were very professional and quick to help me. I just sent them one email and before 30 minutes funds were cancelled and i got my money back.
