Pros J’adresse un avertissement fort aux professionnels et aux personnes ambitieuses : n’utilisez surtout pas Payoneer. Mes fonds ont été bloqués pendant des mois sans aucune raison valable ni explication, ce qui a gravement impacté mon activité et ma trésorerie. Leur prétendu service client est inefficace et inutile, ne donnant que des réponses vagues sans apporter la moindre solution concrète. Cette situation m’a contraint à déposer une plainte auprès de la police et à engager une procédure judiciaire pour récupérer mon propre argent — une perte de temps et d’énergie considérable, simplement à cause de ce qui ressemble à des tactiques de vol organisé. Je ne recommande absolument pas Payoneer à quiconque accorde de l’importance à son travail, à son temps et à sa sécurité financière. Cons Payoneer's customer support is absolutely incompetent. I've been trying to resolve a EUR payment issue for months with no success. Every ticket gets passed to a different agent who clearly doesn't bother reading the previous conversation. This results in endless back-and-forth exchanges where I'm forced to repeat the same information over and over again. The latest absurdity: I need to remove a funding source to fix a technical issue (as suggested by their own team), but now they claim they can't do it. The company can't remove it from their side either, and I can't remove it from mine. So apparently nobody can fix it, yet here we are. What should be a straightforward technical fix has turned into months of frustration, endless back-and-forth emails, and absolutely no resolution. Their support system is broken, their team doesn't communicate internally, and they seem incapable of solving even basic problems. Me he puesto en contacto con soporte, donde pareciera que responden personas, pero no es así. Ya que cuando le preguntas o explicas algo, NO RESPONDEN, sólo dan respuestas genéricas, y sin importar si tu problema fue resuelto o no, te cierran el ticket, lo tachan de "resuelto" cuando en verdad tu problema persiste. En total me han atendido 7 ejecutivos (bots), les he enviado toda la documentación requerida, y cuando solicitan que entre a la plataforma para enviar una selfie con la fecha de hoy, y les explico que mi cuenta no me deja hacer nada, porque no hay botones, ni panel de control, solo una pantalla que dice que mi cuenta está en estado de verificación y que espere dos días laborables (ya han pasado más de 40 días en total), no responden a los mails, abro ticket nuevo y de vuelta a lo mismo, otro ejecutivo bot más que me indica hacer lo que no puedo hacer. Envié screenshots y hasta un video grabando mi sesión en Payoneer, pero nada, es como hablarle al vacío. Estoy más que decepcionada con Payoneer, frustrada y lamento haberlos considerado como medio de pago. No son serios en lo absoluto. Me da miedo lo que puedan hacer con toda mi documentación, y leyendo casos en internet, hay muchas personas que tienen pagos retenidos por semanas, o incluso meses, y Payoneer no responde. Busquen alternativas, esta empresa no es de fiar. A sus bots le ponen nombres y van rotando cada 5 días. No resuelven problemas reales, sólo te atienden sus bots, y si tienes un problema puntual te pudrirás esperando una solución. They promise stuff they dont meet. And they are not user friendly at all. Cons If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been unable to access $2,600 USD in my Payoneer account for over two weeks. I submitted all the documents they requested for verification, yet my account remains restricted. Every day, after long waiting times, an agent tells me that my case has been marked as urgent and will be resolved within 24 hours — but nothing happens. This has occurred more than 10 times. Because of these repeated delays and lack of follow-through, I have been unable to access my own funds, which I urgently needed for an upcoming family visit. July 31, 2025 4.0 This has been a very reliant software that has provided me a safe and easy way to withdraw money as a freelance contractor. I truly believe this app is quite straightforward and I like that I can enable my Patreon to it since most subscription sites use payment apps that has blacklisted my country. Pros One of the few online solutions that has Panama enabled which was the main reason why I am still working with them and also for their security levels. The learning curve is quite easy and I believe anybody can get used to it. Their customer support could benefit from spanish speaking providers since i live in LatAm. Transactions are quite fair, I can't complain and I use it most of the time for large amounts to at least feel like I am not cutting a huge slice of my pay. Cons I am not a big fan of their card creation. I am quite confused about how to claim it because I have withdrawn over $10000 dollars in the past and I am still unable to get the card and this is affecting my expenses everytime I withdraw. We read the information on the Payoneer website: “Pay a single annual fee regardless of the number or cards you have. We'll charge the currency balance associated with the first card issued to you, in either USD or USD equivalent, every year on December 19”. Ordered a card. Activated the card on December 20, Payoneer immediately charged the annual fee. Contacted Payoneer support to ask why the company's policy on the website misleads users. Received this response: “We charge the annual fee on the exact day of activation to ensure that the fee covers the full year starting from the activation date and extending through the same date in the following year. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please note that this policy is not currently reflected in the pricing and fees section. However, our team is actively working on updating our website to include more specific policies, especially regarding the annual charge fees.” Conclusion: Payoneer provides inaccurate information on its website, misleading users and it is the user who pays for these mistakes. January 17, 2025 1.0 Payoneer allowed six transactions on a blocked credit card. The card was fraudulently charged and blocked within minutes. A month later, six charges were made to the blocked credit card. Payoneer's position is to contact the merchant (\[sensitive content hidden\] in Japan) and ask them to cancel the transaction. June 13, 2025 1.0 I warn every user against these scammers! They blocked my account and funds under the guise of an “internal check”. There were only 2 payments from a client on my account, and I withdrew funds to my business account in the bank. In fact, there is no probable cause for the blocking. There is also no reason to check an account with two transactions more than 2 weeks. The worst part is that when you contact support, they don't give any explanations or timeframes for verification. I asked what documents they needed - nothing. They also refused to return the funds to the sender (client). Preguntamos por la Entidad que los vigila de acuerdo a la información publicada en su pagina y no hay respuesta tampoco, es al correo VPOperations@payoneer.com según se señala en el sitio donde comunican lo relacionado con compliance y recibimos otro respuesta tipo plantilla y nada de solución. Pros Antes tuvimos una buena experiencia y nos pasamos a esta plataforma por los tiempos de entrega de los dineros y esa fue la promesa con la cual iniciamos la relación comercial, en meses anteriores en general estuvo bien pero todo esto cambio y sus tiempos son demorados e igual es un servicio con comisiones altas frente a otras plataformas. Aceptamos una tarifa de intermediación mas alta por obtener una mayor agilidad en la entrega de recursos. Cons El soporte a la hora de resolver la entrega de fondos, inicias requerimientos y la respuesta pasa de un asesor a otro y en muchos casos son plantillas de respuesta sin entender el problema del cliente, estamos esperando un traslado de dinero a nuestra cuenta desde el 19 de agosto y al 14 de septiembre la respuesta que recibimos es que no tienen fecha de resolución, que es por problemas con la entidad intermediaria en Colombia, pero que no pueden dar información de quien es al entidad intermediaria, ni asumir con respaldo el traslado dado que nuestra relación contractual fue con Payoneer y no con un intermediario del cual ni pueden suministrar información.
