Payoneer feels like a "division" of PayPal in that its overarching business model is seemingly the same, but, objectively, Payoneer's is more flexible and driven by a user-focused approach. Pros In my opinion, Payoneer has a visually quite appealing interface which is complemented by an intuitive and easy-to-use platform across all its features. It does not charge excessively expensive fees for transfers, as opposed to PayPal. It also provides with more flexible options for users to move their money into many other platforms or Payroll apps. Cons It still needs to find a workaround to expand their integrations with other payment platforms. Customer satisfaction is actually profitable. They're falling behind on that. Cons The fees are quite high, eating into your profits bottom line once you get into anything over $100, which is all our transactions. When we had an issue with the account and reached out to customer service, our inquiry wasn't really addressed but rather ignored and met with an unwillingness to resolve the inquiry. I did not get any reason or deadline for the return of my funds from customer support. I also did not violate any laws or rules and conducted my business activity following all necessary procedures and rules. Nevertheless, Payoneer blocked me, basically took my funds and refuses to tell me when they will return my money or what I should provide to speed up the process. Payoneer is the worst, most stressful experience I have ever had, and I sincerely hope that the SEC will prosecute this fraudulent company. Cons In as much as payoneer is a great transaction tool, getting it all set up and running is pretty stressful.Even after registering with them and verifying my email, I couldn't get access to the bank details they created for me.I had to go to the website (initially I was using the app) to lay complaints and that was when I found out I couldn't get access to my bank details unless I've received payments of up to 50 USD.Honestly I didn't like the outcome.The bank details contains a routing number with which I could receive payments but I couldn't get access to it unless I've received a deposit and there was possibly no way I could receive any deposits without a routing number.Another payoneer user deposited 50USD to my payoneer account and that was how I got access to my bank details.I honestly suggest if the feature can be adjusted because sincerely speaking, the whole procedure was exhilarating and some users might end up not using payoneer but go for other options.
